I am from another state traveling to my granddaughters wedding, broke a cap in half and really did not want to have my picture taken with a missing front tooth. I called, got appointment next day , and Dr Hank put in a temporary for the wedding and I returned 2 weeks later, and Dr Hank put in the permanent. This is the best Dental Practice I have ever been to and I’m so satisfied with the staff and all they did for me, I will return to have more done if I need any dental procedures done again. I’m so happy with the results of my treatments at Southern Smiles. The staff is amazing and I always feel welcome. Dr Long did amazing work on my implant and matching my temporary crown. They are very caring and do outstanding work.

My appointment to have two teeth extractions, and bone grafts went about as well as I could expect.
Everybody was friendly, and helpful. Dr. Long was very considerate, and did everything to make sure that I didn't experience a lot of pain. That was greatly appreciated.
The only thing that I would have liked was to have a post operative instruction sheet, that listed possible problems to watch out for.
All in all, things went well, and I haven't had as much post operative pain as I expected.

Everyone in the office is very nice. I normally get very anxious when going to the dentist, but the dental technicians, Dr Keith Long, & also the front office staff are great. At my first visit to Southern Smiles I explained to them about my anxiety. This was a new dentist for me because my previous dentist of 10+ years had just retired. Everyone was very kind, caring, & understanding. They asked how I was doing multiple times throughout my appointment. I would highly recommend this dental office.
