I have called and called and called this place so many times to see when my son’s next appointment is and all I hear is this recording lady over and over. No one will talk to me

Very rude. So rude I would have left if my son didn’t need a cleaning and it wouldn’t take forever to find another office. I’m sitting in the lobby with my son I’ll try to get the names of the staff with the bad attitude and the other one with disgusting body language (even as far as closing the window aggressively). If you rather exceptional service over convenience find somewhere else.

They literally lock you in the waiting room… and the front desk staff is the worst. They have horrible attitudes and zero customer service. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the dentist herself is great and so are her assistants. But the front desk staff and the fact they lock you in the waiting room really is just too much. Will not be returning.

Took my kids off and on for years, was left 1 message that they needed to reschedule. Service was not good with my phone, and by the time I had better service they where already closed.
No voicemail stating when the reschedule was. Took kids for cleaning just to be told that the Dentist was not in. I refused a reschedule. I do NOT recommend them.

My son and daughter in law took my grandson to Southern smiles this morning because of an abscessed tooth. Most of the nursed were nice but one of them. Had a very bad additude. My grandson was crying badly because he was in so much pain with his tooth. One of the nurses told my son and daughter in law if my grandson son didn't stop crying they were going to have to leave. I think that was very unprofessional and just plain mean. He is only 3. We want be back!!!!!!

We take our children here and absolutely love it! They are so kind and friendly with the kids and always give them a balloon or popsicle for being good! Great dentist to work with if you have kids!
