From the moment you contact Southern Surgical Arts for a consultation, through the planning and booking of a surgical service, to when your surgery day finally arrives, you are treated like the most important patient they have ever had. Every staff member from the goddesses at the front desk, to my favorite surgical coordinator Kelly (who still answers all of my random questions on a dime), to the surgical team and nurses who get you ready for your surgery, to the real rockstar and founder, Dr. Chad Deal, really cared about me and my surgical experience. Dr. Deal is the most amazing surgeon I have ever met. His skill level and knowledge of the body, science, medicine, surgical procedures and aesthetics makes him so special. He made me feel at ease and addressed all of my concerns. I love the work he has done and I am so thankful that I found him. If you are reading this and on the fence, you really have come to the right place. You are in good hands with the Southern Surgical Arts team. Ask for Kelly. You can thank me later.

Dr. Gardner and the staff are amazing. Dr. Gardner took his time reviewing what to expect in addition to answering all of my questions. He also let me know his concerns and how he would address them i.e. infection. My patient coordinator is Kelly and she is a doll. She was extremely thorough with the next steps and answered of my questions. The office is very organized. I arrived early to my appointment and was called back within 10 minutes.

From start to finish I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. The staff was attentive and answered all my questions leading up to surgery and Dr. Deal was no exception. His attention to detail was top of the line. The operation I had done was on my face which made me very nervous. I had been wanting this surgery for many years but never felt comfortable enough to do it. Once I talked to Dr. Deal I knew he was the right surgeon for me. I wish I would have done it years ago!
My results are better than I expected. I can’t say enough great things, thank you SSA team!

Had a great experience. My consultation was directly with a doctor. He took the time to explain my options, give me recommendations, and answer all of my questions. All the staff is very friendly and work hard to make it a comfortable environment.

Dr. Deal is a rare doctor with genuine concern for his clients with a fantastic bedside manner. His staff is also as sweet as can be. If you have had c-sections and need a bit of "clean up" after the typical slice and dice of an obgyn who does not know how to leave your abdomen in good repair....think about Dr. Deal as your surgeon. He can fix the muscle and the skin. I am very happy with the repair work he did for me.

I had my consultation today an it was amazing. I felt so comfortable, well informed and know my best interest was at heart. I was not made to feel like a random number but a person. The whole team is very involved an I'm confident this is where I'll be having a safe an successful procedure. Definitely 10 out of 10

Hands down 10/10 amazing office! From start to finish they will take care of you. I am extremely hard to stick for labs. Jessica was amazing and caring. She never rushed and or made me feel bad about taking up time. Dr. Gardner took time out of his busy day to help with bloodwork. Dr. Summer is my surgeon and does wonderful work! You will not be disappointed in the office!

Dr. Deal was amazing and so was all the other staff. My nurse Maggie was so sweet and helpful the whole time. I’ve had a few other surgeries and this was the easiest! They squeezed me in last minute as well and my boobies look so good so far!
