From booking my appointment, to the front desk! When I arrived my weight time was not long at all and I experience the most caring and beautiful staff that I have experienced in a long time!

My Physician Assistant is Kelly Russin.
I started using this Facility, when the had the Morrow location
I now go to the Union City location, due to the Morrow location closing. They have a large patient based facility. I have been going for over 20 years as my Primary Dr.
It's nice that I don't have to repeat why I'm there. They actually read your medical profile. Thumbs up for me. Definitely ask for Kelly. She is great. She has the bedside manner. Listens closely. Some places have been, why ya here, here's your prescription. And thank you for your money. Kelly is not that way. She helps from her heart. And sometimes you just need that special attention.

I love Kelly Russin! Make sure you ask for her she’s amazing. She really care about her patients and want to see you get well. She listens to your needs and all your concerns. The front office staff isn’t so great. They charge $60 to fill out fmla paperwork every time which I think it’s a rip off. They also say you have to constantly see the doctor before the paperwork can be filled out which is $150 for the visit.

The front office staff is rude to say the least. There are a lot of medical assistants and students in the office and the staff doesn't even ask you if it's ok for a student to work with you. Appointments are overbooked. The office is not patient friendly. I would say that the doctor and PA are good and friendly, but the front office staff leaves much to expect but less to get. Dr. Jones get rid of your front office staff and replace them with nicer friendly people and your practice will be soo much better!

I would not recommend this doctor’s office even in an emergency. I have been a patient for over 10 years and became too comfortable with the location being close to my home. I went in for a routine physical and was told I would know the results in 3 to 4 days. I called after 2 weeks and was told someone would call me back in 24 hours. After being contacted about my test results I was told that the doctor would call in a prescription. I waited till the next day to pick the medicine up but it hadn’t been called in. I went to the pharmacy the next day and the same thing. I called the doctors office and was told that the doctor forgot and would call it in that day which was a Friday. After 6 hours I went back to pick up the prescription and was told again nothing was called in. I called back to the doctors office and was told that the doctor was seeing patients and I needed to check back on Monday. The medicine was for high cholesterol and I wanted to get started taking it. I have decided to change doctors because this whole experience was very unprofessional and the front office staff was rude and unpleasant. I felt like an inconvenience.
