IM A NEW CLIENT BUT EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY & CARING & SHOW U RESPECT BY LOOKING U IN THE FACE DURING THE NEW PATIENT TEST SHE DID A EKG MY OLD DRS OFFICE NEVER DID SHE FOUND SOMETHING I WILL 4EVER BE GREATFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We visited this clinic to do USCIS medical records. We asked if we can get another copy in the future and they said: “Yes, you get a free copy within 6 months, after that you have to pay”. So, after less than a month, USCIS request another copy because the one we sent got lost somewhere else. We asked for another copy and they told us we have to pay 75$ for each copy!!!. So, be careful guys, it is better to look for an honest clinic for your need...

It's the worst clinic ever. They never answer the phone. They never accommodate afternoon times for patients who are Veterans, who work during the day. They dont turn in paperwork to QTC after an appointment for Veterans. Did I mention that they NEVER answer the phone with the number provided on the website

I was told about this clinic by my sister in law and she raved about the care. I scheduled my appointment went in to see the dr. with lung issue and needing scripts for my thyroid medication. The Dr. never listened to my lung at all. Did a scan and blood work and was charged that day!! ( had to do 2 different charges due to insufficient knowledge by the staff) . I was told my prescription would be sent to my pharmacy that same day. Come to find out NOTHING was sent and the pharmacy was using my old Drs permission from outta state because it dangerous to just stop using my thyroid medication. I’m without meds now and trying to figure out what to do?
The pharmacy; my old Dr. and myself have tried calling this clinic and they never answer and the voicemail is always full. I paid close to 300$ for no help, no answers from my scan or blood work. Just down right WRONG to do that!!!

My experience was definitely one to remember! I've NEVER had an doctors appointment were my my Ears and throat wasn't checked. Nor was my chest listened to! One of my complaints was leg pain. I've had bad leg pain since I was a youth. It's now to the point where I have had to quit my job which was my career. When I told the Doctor about leg pain. He asked if I've been tested for allergies! I was first asked medical history by and APN in training. Doctor was not in room and when he came in my complaints were definitely not any of his concern. *A lot more happen at visit.* Do know, the the staff is 100% amazing. They do what they can. And I've only seen one doctor there. Can't speak on the others. But let's be real, I wasn't there for the staff but for medical treatment from a physician.

was told I need an ekg and circulation test and my insurance was requiring it and now I'm stuck with a bill I can't pay. insurance was not requiring it! they are greedy and have absolutely no regard for their patients!! I won't be returning to this shady clinic!!!

This clinic is terrible they never answer the phone, then they say they will call back and never do. Even when your expecting important lab results back every week they say they can't find the results. They charge you a lot of money and they won't do do their jobs! Do not use this doctor's office! You may just die!
