I've been to physical therapy in past because of a genetic condition called ehler's danlos, and this time I have to have pelvic floor therapy. NaPortia Mitchell Is easily the best therapist I have ever had. She has a great way with making something as unpleasant and intrusive as pelvic floor therapy more comfortable, and she does a good job explaining all the muscle groups and how different things work internally to help. I would highly recommend. The office staff is also good, and I never had an issue with anything there.

I went to see NaPortia Mitchell, who first worked to help me squeeze in sessions that would bring results before leaving for school. She was kind, professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She made me feel so at ease and comfortable with therapy, which I was very nervous going into. I wish I had more time to continue to work with her, but she helped me gain results in the time we had and gave me confidence to continue to work on my own. I never write reviews, but wanted to say I am so so glad I came to work with Portia and the kind staff at Sovereign Rehab, and highly recommend them.

I have been fortunate to have found Sovereign Rehabilitation and the expertise of Lucia Rodriguez. I would consider her a Blessing in my life as she has encouraged me to be positive and has guided me through my recovery journey. She takes time to plan our sessions carefully taking into consideration my abilities and limits and for that i am thankful as i have seen the progress. Not only is she professional she is also caring and supportive, she encourages me to push the boundaries.
i must also mention how much i appreciate the warm welcome i receive upon entering the clinic, Karen, Stephanie and Dana are not only professional they are pleasant, kind and caring.

Sovereign Rehabilitation is fantastic! They treat you like family. My husband and I both have benefited from the treatment provided by their amazing therapists!! I did not realize that I could have physical therapy while I was pregnant, but I am glad that I did!! I finally had relief of hip pain that had bothered me during my pregnancy! My husband received therapy and at home instruction for his lower back pain. The therapists worked with his schedule to get him in and out and still provided the most professional care. I would recommend this group to anyone!! Great, great, great folks!!!

Was told initial consultation was free. ( was not got billed) Was told visits was $60.00 ( payed my co-pays each visit) insurance was told the same. When I decided not to go anymore. They billed insurance a different amount and now billing me for more money. They say insurance usually don't pay as much as they say they will is the difference. Also sessions started out around 30 minutes then was sometimes only 20 minutes. Dale was my therapist and helped me a lot but customer service is where I am rating this. If they quoted wrong amount should be their lose not mine for not going any longer. If you go here just know you will probably be billed more than initially quoted. October 11,2018
