I found myself up there with my wife.as I sat waiting with her in the room.the lady doctor came in as we both said hi to her I went back to scrolling on Facebook. I found something funny and chuckled that is when the doctor looked at me and said if you can't be quiet you will have to leave.when all I did was chuckle. When I went back to my phone the sound was not even half way up when something with sound came on. I instaly said sorry didn't realized the sound was that load as I was turning it down she (the doctor)gets up and says to me (get out ) very rudely . So I will be looking elsewhere for another doctor because she ether was in a bad mood and should have stayed home if she was going to treat ppl in such a manner or I just got discriminated on not sure whitch.

Well, I finally got a good doctor somewhere else and the news is not good. Spanish Peaks has been gaslighting me to cover for their gross incompetence. Their suggestions of pain being in my head and refusal to address my complaints has left me an additional 8 months down the road of serious illness. I'll be tested for a host of neurological and immune system issues that have turned me from a relatively healthy person to a sickly cripple in a short period of time. Thanks, SPRHC. I'd name names, but I'll save it for when I sue that medicare fraud mill out of existence. If you are a veteran, do not let community care send you there. I fear for the veterans in the community living center.

It can be difficult to get an appointment, but that is the nature of servicing such a large area. The practitioners, especially Dr Dutton and Dr Mike really impressed us. We have a number of doctors and nurses in the family who are at a distance and thus we have relatively reasonable but high standards, they both really care and were patient with our baby while very client focused. after a few appointments , i am so grateful to feel we are in really good hands.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Dr Boynton, on my first visit, ordered almost $900 in blood work. Dr Boynton left and now I’m stuck with a huge bill and no explanation of why the blood work was ordered. For example I had blood drawn to look at arthritis and gout - both of which I don’t have and have never had. Just spoke with Marissa and she gave no explanation. So that was my first visit. My second visit was to get refills changed from 1 month to 3. After an almost 2.5 hr round trip today to the pharmacy the scripts were never called in. The lady who answered the phone at the front desk was more worried about getting off the phone with me than answering my questions. I wish this practice would respect my time and money as much as I respect their time. Pretty pitiful. Wish I could get ANY answers. I called to speak to my Dr, now nurse,to discuss these concerns and was NOT allowed to talk to her. Buuuut I was given an appt to talk to her on Weds. It’s currently Monday. This is more waste. I’m so disappointed.

Receptionist was no help in getting me in to see a doctor. Eventually, asked me, what do you want to do? I am sick, i am here to get help..you're not helping me. Couldn't get me in for 2 days. Is this because they want people to pay for an ER visit? I won't be going back to say the least. Little more training needed for receptionists there.

Regina Griego has helped me with many health issuses that I have been suffering from for years! I have been to many doctors that could not help me. Her solutions were simple diet changes and holistic remedies (vitamins, exercise, me time) mixed with the RIGHT meds. I have never felt better! IF you truly want to heal and be free of conditions, Regina can help you. If you only want more drugs thrown at you that have side affects, go elsewhere. She treated the CAUSE as well as the condition...how refreshing to not have these conditions controlling me anymore! I control them, with the RIGHT tools from Regina. Having several conditions to consider, she ordered the right diet and meds which all actually work together to take care of my cystitis, kidney stones, anxiety, sinus and breathing issues, and nerve pain. Each med I take actually helps to relieve some of the other symptoms as well, allowing her to keep dosage to a minimum. She is amazing! She and her staff genuinely care and you see it in every aspect of your treatment. I travel 1.5 hrs for my appts, and I would travel further.

Really weird people off of my Facebook were called to get ahold of me . Did you guys not record all my updated info? I’m asked is this still your number I verify yes but somehow your calling one of my friends that live in FL off of my fb that I’ve never even had down as an emergency contact . Very upset and they bill wrong very frustrating !

I have had a very good experience at the family clinic in the last few months. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Norma Mower is an excellent NP.
