I broke my arm and hand and wrist on January 21. Spivey Orthopedic got me in very quickly, Friday, January 24 I was very grateful for my surgeon doctor Weston Robison he was great. He is very great bedside manner when I saw him on the 24th he did not try to rush me away or go onto the next patient. He thoroughly explained to me what was going to happen during surgery and then yesterday February 4 is when my surgery was scheduled and he came in and spoke to me told me everything that was gonna happen. He reassured me of everything and again he had some of the best bedside manner I had seen in a while. I’m very thankful to have him as my surgeon. He did an amazing job and I couldn’t have asked for him in a better staff at Memorial.

I have to brag on Mindy. Our appointment needed to be changed to earlier in the day but everything was booked up. She was super compassionate. She went above and beyond writing us down on a post it note and periodically checking to see if a spot opened up earlier in the day. Her persistence paid off. She got us an earlier appointment that allowed us to make a later event elsewhere. Kudos to Mindy for the excellent customer service. It shows great character and work ethic.

The doctors and nurses are absolutely wonderful. If you have an issue the office manager is very helpful and will make things right. Like I said before the doctors and nursing staff are amazing. Glad I chose them. I will recommend you to them. They truly have your best interest at heart.

Very very very unprofessional doctor. Dr. Mcartney I may be spelling his name wrong.. his entire vibe was wrong toward my three year old ..... he is tall so she was a tad bit frightened she had just had an X-ray ✅ and was afraid of that. Yelling and screaming she was and me as a mother did all I could to soothe her immediately he started acting like I wanted my child on drugs or to have surgery at her young age. She was referred by her doctor to come here. We didn’t want to drive and hour away and me miss a days of work if it’s not necessary. Coming here was a waste 🗑 will not be coming back. Saying she could have surgery when she is 10 to stop her falls honey we did not come here for that... trash trash the rest of the staff was ok.. if your bringing a baby go somewhere else. He is another Dr. Graper that’s another sub.

My daughter opted not to have surgery on her sholder, and because she did not have surgery they discontinued her care and told her that she had to find another ortho. My wife and daughter had their knee scoped and had nothing but problems and my son had surgery due to broken leg and his leg is still not right to this day.

They drained (painfully) my husband's knee and then wanted HIM to take the fluid to Reidsville for testing himself. He was alone and could barely walk. When we tried to make another appointment, they refused to see him because he didn't take it. Not sure when patients had to start doing the office's work but he was not able at the time and was really in a mess needing to be seen. The receptionist was more worried about me hanging up on her than the patient - told me I needed to talk to her manager for hanging up on her!

Dr. Spivey and his staff are very friendly and they get you in as quick as possible they answer all your questions if you have to have surgery I would definitely recommend Spivey Orthopedic Clinic
