I was a VA referral, trying to follow up from a phone call and a letter from the VA about an appointment. The lady in the morning was rude, kept talking over me. I was going to just let slide when a gentleman called me from the same office I could barely understand what he was saying. But was able to get the phone number, as soon as he found out it was the VA it was over and didn't want to deal with me anymore. It was horrible ... What happened to be in courtesy over the phone...

I am a Military Veteran with 22yrs active duty service, I have been a patient of Dr. Lorrine McRae and previously Dr. Houser for the past 13yrs and they have both been wonderful physicians with exceptional professionalism. However, I submitted paperwork that the Veterans Administration required regarding my health in July of this year, I called every week and was told "the doctor is out or the doctor took it home with her, or we'll call you when it's ready "! Now I'm in the October and today they told me the paperwork was picked up by me or my wife which never happened! I would've respected them more if they simply said they lost my paperwork, this was handled very unprofessional and disrespectful!

I used to be a patient of Dr Paquette and he was a wonderful Dr. But unfortunately he moved to Texas. I now have a new dr and I'm not going to say her name but she's nice but she's not Dr Paquette. I miss my Dr and I'm also not happy with
the new services because I feel like they don't even know me after I been a patient for over 9 yrs . For example my last name is Spanish and just bc of that they assume they can send me messages regarding my my appts in Spanish I find that very insulting bc I can't read Spanish very well so I guess they don't have the time to read my files and ask me if I can read messages in another language...so unprofessional. I have contacted the office and asked the nurse to change that and today I got a third message in Spanish.... Such incompetent workers.

Definitely switching doctors. Nothing wrong with my doctor, but calling about sensitive test results and the lady who was on the phone just sounded like she could not be bothered. Her tone and attitude actually has made me furious. Even at my last visit and I was getting lab work done, the staff around me made me feel weird and all seemed to be in such sour moods. Not a pleasant atmosphere once so ever. I was calling because I assumed no call meant good results and nothing was wrong but it was brought to my attention that I need to personally reach out? Never heard of having to keep calling a doctor to see if my results came in or not and what they were...

If I could give zero stars, I would. Waited 1 hr for a 30 second B12 shot last week (their appointment time). Showed up today (their appointment time) and was informed they are “out of B12”. No phone call so I can schedule it elsewhere! Just let me show up and waste my time and now money as I’ll have to start this process over elsewhere!!!! There’s a reason I’m supposed to be on a regular schedule for these shots. This is a poorly managed office and the front office staff could not care less. Wouldn’t come back here if you paid me.

The receptionist(s) at this doctor's office made my experience this week quite pleasant. I left feeling like I want to get my blood work drawn and seen every week. I am officially in love with this office. Thanks especially to Jasmine and Ciara...

I have a sinus infection and have been trying to get a prescription called in to the pharmacy for three(3). This is going into the 4th day and still no prescription! When I talked to the doctor's office this morning, I was told that the nurse left a note in my file saying that she called me yesterday and this morning and left a message. Well of course that was a lie because there are no messages on my telephone and no missed calls on the caller ID. So now I am really getting angry, I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere!

Let me first say that I love my physician. One would think that a practice that holds the name of St. Joseph's/Candler would conduct temperature checks upon entry. No. Come on in. Just to repeat for those who didn't hear me. Noone was checking temperatures!!! I reluctantly entered and was asked for my insurance card which I placed in the hand of an ungloved employee. Then I was given a clip board and some forms to complete. I returned the forms to another employee who then retrieved my insurance card with her ungloved hand and returned it to me and then asked for my copay..... I took a tissue and put hand sanitizer on in and wiped both cards in disbelief. I turned around to take my seat and the lobby had about 11 people in it. Seating was not 6 ft apart. I know. I know. You're thinking "why did you stay ,love." I think I was shock and I needed to see my physician.

Now I'm sitting on the edge of my seat praying I'm called back soon. After about 20 minutes the Lord answers my prayers. I mention the things I've noticed and was told they did not have the available staff to have one person dedicated to check temperatures. Then on top of that they only have oral thermometers so a patient would have to take off their masks. Hmmm.... even the YMCA has forehead/temporal scanners. A doctor's office doesn't. I'm in disbelief. Not only are the patients at risk but the staff as well. Right

The 3 stars are stictly for my nurse and my doctor. Love them!
