Go in with proper expectations. As others have noted, this is a free clinic. You can tell just from the location in a strip mall that it's not going to be fancy. But the staff was very kind, and the doctor addressed all of my concerns and wrote me a referral. Everything was satisfactory.

The worst place imaginable. Unfortunately my kids are assigned here and I’ve tried switching them because of how horrible this place is. Doctor and physician assistant aren’t bad, but the front office staff is beyond horrible. There’s a woman there who hardly speaks English and assumes everyone speaks Spanish. She rolled her eyes when I told her I didn’t speak Spanish (I do speak it, however my kids don’t and I would prefer English so my kids can understand) . Another lady who says she’s the “manager” yelled at me about a year ago because I asked if the equipment being used for my kids physical had been sanitized. She said that I always come in looking for trouble (that was the first time I ever saw that lady) She then started cleaning everything with what looked like air freshener still being extremely disrespectful and yelling at me. When I saw her this time around I saw that she took off and put back on the same gloves she was using to clean, eat, etc..unsanitary. My kids had appointments at 12 and 1pm on 9/20. They were the only patients in the office and we were there for 3 hours waiting for no reason at all. I was ignored several times no one acknowledged me when I would ask questions, and the “manager” and lady who rolled her eyes at me were gossiping the entire time. Staff says so much about any place and the staff there is extremely unprofessional and very rude. The worse staff I’ve ever encountered.

I been coming here for 11 years and they always have been very helpful and caring. They took care of me and attended to me for both of my pregnancies. I can't complain about anything. Half of these people complaining on their reviews that give one star seem to have entitlement issues. Smh

Take my kids here and the staff have been helpful and friendly. Sure, wait times can be a little long but nothing worse than anywhere else I’ve experienced.

The important thing is that my kids are still alive and healthy! St. Luke’s even helped with the required LAUSD enrolment forms.

I am new to the area and i drove by and curiosity got the best of me, I read the comments made about this clinic but i am someone who is not much of a gossiper. I walked in and was greeted and asked how i can be helped i said i was inquiring about the services and then i decided to be seen the doctor, The doctor was very friendly and made me feel that i was important. i really liked the services and i brought my wife and kids and now the clinic is our family doctor. I would recommend this to my family and friends. I would recommend this clinic to anybody and experience for yourself.

People are whiny on here. Don't listen to the bad review's they've helped more than enough times. They're awesome staff
You should go there check it out for yourself before you judge the reviews. I almost died last year and I'm grateful for them they helped me save my life. If one can't build a good patient-doctor reputation here don't write a bad review just go somewhere else. If you had a bad experience here maybe it's your attitude?

Dirty. Terrible location. Dismissive. Felt like cattle. Complicated process. Lack of communication. Took my blood on a clearly visible vein and still pierced through it. Felt like my inquiries weren't taken serious. I refused to sign the arbitration paperwork, and that became problematic. DO NOT GO HERE! They literally want you to sign away your right to sue and their paperwork voids any personal requests about your privacy under HIPPA. There was bug in the bathroom. No toilet paper. No toilet seat. They use outdated equipment. I wouldn't even give this place a half a star. I'm switching ASAP!

The nursing staff failed to schedule my necessary appointments for specialists. They knew I was a high risk patient. They refused to give me ultrasounds. The doctor pushed too hard with the heart monitor. I started bleeding right after she used it, causing me to miscarriage at close to 12 weeks pregnant.
