I have been nothing but pleased with the care I have received from Joey and his staff. I had moved to the High Springs area a few years ago and was having no luck finding a good fit for my PCP care, looking from Lake City to Gainesville. After my first visit, I knew I had found a rare jewel. There is no long wait to get an appointment and there is a quick response if you have an urgent need to be seen. Everyone, from the office to the medical staff are polite and friendly (and I am a cranky old lady who holds everyone to a high standard). Joey is professional, yet friendly and obviously caring. He listens to my concerns and helps me with my decisions in managing my health care. I never feel rushed by him. Every recommendation and referral he made has been to very competent practitioners.
I could not be happier with the high quality of care and service from Joey and his staff, and even though I am moving, I will be making the trip back here each year to be seen by him.

A good friend recommended this office after I received less than helpful advice from my PCP. I have been working with Melissa Webb for almost a year now and I finally feel like I have a medical professional that cares about my optimal health and well-being. Melissa listens and advocates for the best possible treatment and outcome, not just results in an *acceptable* range. I am always welcomed by the staff and the RNs are so wonderful and understanding. All in all, a lovely family practice that I am so grateful for.

I have been a patient of Melissa Webb's for years and followed her to this practice over a year ago. I'm so glad I did. Not only do I continue to get excellent care from Melissa, but the staff Stankus Family Care is awesome! They're always friendly and helpful and make you feel like you're part of the family. I recently switched to this office for all my primary care. I cannot say how happy I am that I did. My appts are always on time and Im usually and out under 45 mins. The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful and Melissa W is one of the best I have seen. She listens to concerns and provides detailed feedback. During my first visit, she gave me a handwritten list / note of med instructions which I still have and use to refer to (have never had anyone take the time to do this before). I've recommended a few friends to this office and all have come back with the same experience of being so appreciative of how genuine everyone is. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new PCP.

Stankus family care is an amazing and caring practice in High Springs! Melissa the NP is caring, takes her time, and has a wonderful bedside manner. The medical assistants are kind and thorough too. Lastly, the front office staff is quick, kind, and very personable! I love not having to drive to Gainesville for quality healthcare. Definitely give them a call if you're looking to change practitioners.

My great grandmother came here and they treated her horrible. The phlebotomist stuck the needle in her arm then was moving it trying to find a vien. How stupid can you be? Then my great grandmother politely asked the lady what she would like to be called out of respect for her to get a certified letter saying that she can't go back? This place is ridiculous. Do not recommend. If you can't have bedside manners and deal with elderly people then you do not need to work in the health field. It is your job to keep the patient as happy and comfortable as possible.

I have been a patient here since July ‘23 and cannot recommend this practice more. I have been seeing Melissa Webb and she has truly changed my life. I have seen many practitioners over the last few years who didn’t listen to my concerns and it’s so nice to finally be heard and to be FEELING BETTER! It is very easy to get ahold of the office and every support staff member I’ve met has been so nice and friendly. I am so glad to finally have found my primary care need home with this practice.
