Dr. Twigg and her entire staff are so kind and accommodating to my family for the care of my mom. She has dementia and a few other issues, they all greet her, my dad and I with a smile, courtesy and respect.

Don't bother with Dr. Twigg here. Waste of your time time unless you can self prescribe yourself. She prefers therapy over everything, it's good to not prescribe pills for EVERYTHING, but she refuses to for anything. Unless your sick, then it's antibiotics allllll the way. And if you tell her "well drug X might help," she'll agree and then prescribe you it...

Fast and clean, keeping covid restrictions very secured.

After I lost my PCP in 12/2021, I thought I would never find another great MD who would really care for me as a patient and not as just another number or client. I was very fortunate & lucky to find Dr. Ana Meola. She’s amazing. She truly takes her time to listen & help me with all my health issues. I recommend her to anyone who’s looking for a PCP that truly cares.
Also all the staff in the office is very kind.

I have had three providers at Enfield STARLING over the years - one physician and two PCPs- and have been extremely satisfied with the high level of care received. However, it seems inconceivable to me that a medical group that can afford to build new facilities can't afford a 21st century phone system. The extremely long phone wait time at any of
Starlings locations is nuts and not acceptable. STARLING HAS GOT TO INVEST IN A FAR MORE EFFICIENT PHONE SYSTEM - HIRE PEOPLE!!!

Just moved to the area and tried to call and schedule an appointment for my husband. Apparently I can not schedule the appointment for him, regardless of the fact that he works Monday-friday 6am to 6pm on top of a bridge and there is literally no way he can make a phone call during the day. We travel for work, have been all across the country and I have NEVER had that happen before. I would never go to a doctor that is that picky about who's making the appointment. Not everybody has office jobs where they can just take an hour out of their day to call and schedule an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous.
