Not quite sure what happened. Some random guy halfheartedly looked at my eyes. I’ve been wearing glasses And contact lens for 40 years and I have never had such a rushed exam. This was my yearly exam following an episode of increased flashes in one eye that is know to have lattice degeneration. My eyes were not dilated, nor was pressure checked in my
Eyes (family history of glaucoma).this has happened every time since I was a child. The doctor took one look in my eyes and said they looked fine without dilation. I said what about the lattice tear in my right eye how does it look. He then asked if I was having symptoms and I said yes flashes and his response was -“I’m going to have to charge this as medical” and with great disdain this doctor? Not sure who he was dilated my eyes looked and then and referred me immediately to a retina specialist. Horrible care from start to finish. I will NEVER be back. Sorry to be such a bother to the practice but you’ve lost our family’s trust.

To be fair, I rated your service with 4 stars for the many years of great care that you gave me. Today's visit really surprised me. I asked one of the arriving staff members (in the parking lot) if someone would open the door early because of the very cold temperatures outside. I have been in your waiting room for years and I'm sure that most of the staff recognize me because I ALWAYS wear veteran attire. She was very kind and let me in to sit down out of the cold. You (Doctor Baynham) came in the patient room and went ballistic on me. Doc, I did not threaten people to let me in. If someone told you that, they outright lied! The front door opens at 0815 (the same time as my appointment). I DID see you at 0815, but ONLY because I checked in at 0800. I appreciate the fact that your staff is made up of only young girls and that having a 70 year old man in the building with all those girls would be intimidating for some; especially because you were in the building too and some of them probably have a "carry permit". The statement that NO Business opens it's doors early is incorrect. The doctor I see for my feet (next door to your office) ALWAYS lets patients in early (especially if it is very cold outside). I COULD have sat in my car with the engine running. There were 3 cars in your parking lot with engines running for (AT LEAST) 15 minutes....a terrible waste of gas and pollution of the air from the exhaust. Your demeaning comment about me never being a business owner was unfounded. I ran a business for 6 years and NEVER kept customers out in the cold waiting for opening time. Customers were always invited-in and offered something warm to drink. The only thing that you had correct in your rant today was that I COULD have fallen and sued you for a million dollars. There are plenty of opportunities for a fall while sitting in the waiting room. Friends don't sue friends for a million dollars & you know (in your heart) that it would never have happened. I tried to have a reasonable conversation with you about it, but you were "loaded for bear" as they say. You gave me no choice other than leaving without being seen. The insulting remarks (in front of your entire staff) as I left the building were uncalled for. Thank you, for the many GOOD years of eye care. Happy New Year to you & your entire staff!

Dr. Baynham and his staff are awesome! I broke my glasses recently and they were able to see me within 3 days for an appt. and to order new glasses. Dr. Baynham did a thorough exam of my eyes and answered all my questions about cataract surgery and options for my age. Lisa was so helpful in picking out a great new pair of glasses! We are lucky to have this group in Monroe! 5 Stars for me!

My husband, son and I all go to Dr. Baynham. It is a drive of an hour and a half to get to his office from our home, but well worth it! I've been to many eye doctors over the years as I have worn contacts since I was a teen. Dr. Baynham is polite, professional and thorough. We highly recommend him. We have also purchased glasses through his optical shop and have found their prices to be very competitive. They've even accommodated us by making our glasses while we waited so we didn't have to return. Great experience!

I’ve been going to Dr. Baynham for several years and really trust him and enjoy his easy manner with patients. I’ve had both cataract surgery in both eyes, which was very successful. I didn’t know he offered botox and fillers or I would have looked into that before now! I’ll be checking it out!

My husband, children and myself have been patients of Walton Eye Care for years. We have never had anything but fantastic experiences. The staff is always professional and friendly. Dr. Baynham is both caring and a skilled surgeon. (In addition to our family’s normal eyecare, he did my LASIK surgery a few years ago). They also have a great optical shop and have even found us specialty glasses for various sports.

I’ve wore glasses since I was 16. I’ve been to numerous eye drs and Dr Baynham is the best that I’ve ever had. I’ve left other offices with my head spinning by “flipping” thru which lens looks clearer only to end up with glasses and contacts that were not what was best for me. Thankful that Dr Baynham was recommended to me. My whole family has seen him now with two lasik surgeries, one on each of my two sons, we are over the moon satisfied with our results!!
