Dr. Barrett, I live in Lakeland, Florida so my first consultation with you was Tel-Med. After reviewing my MRI reports you advised that an examine at your office would be advisable. The examine was conducted by Dr. Ducasse and Dr. Nagra. Their examine revealed severe neuropathy with nerves firing off in the foot and ankle with nerves in the foot and ankle that were compressed.

I flew up on February 19th and surgery was on February 20th for my left foot and ankle, which was performed by Dr. Ducasse and Dr. Nagra.

Dr. Barrett, the following are my observations:

The physicians and the entire staff are professional, caring and knowledgeable. To say your physicians, know and understand the complex human nerves and what causes the nerves to cause severe pain is an understatement!! They are brilliant.

Dr Elsberry - Before my onsite visit, I met with Dr, Elsberry via Tel-Med. She ordered a round of blood work. After she reviewed the lab results, she was able to state there were antibodies etc. that may be causing my nerves to malfunction and she recommended specific supplements for me to take, which I am taking. Dr. Elsberry has an extensive knowledge of the bio-mechanics of the body which is well above my pay grade (Army term).

Dr. Ducasse - This physician is the best of the best! I knew immediately that flying up from Florida was worth every penny. Many physicians treat their patients like a number and not an individual. That is not the case with Dr. Ducasse. Her examination of my left foot and ankle revealed nerves firing off just about everywhere specific nerves that were compressed. There was a movie above our astronauts, called "THE RIGHT STUFF". And Dr, Ducasse has the RIGHT STUFF!

Dr. Nagra - You would never know that she was in fellowship training at your office. I felt very comfortable with her examinations. She will depart your office and do great things!

Dr, Barrett, I know you will be retiring in the future and your office is in good hands.
