I’ll update this review after second visit if things change. Dr. Oni was not pleasant to be with. She was very rude about a few things and that’s not how you should be as a doctor. No one goes to the doctors to be lectured. At least not for the first appointment. And absolutely no one goes into the office for her to tell them without asking or saying anything they won’t prescribe something. Especially when they aren’t qualified for that field of medicine. I’ve noticed doctors are on edge about certain drugs due to the massive amount of addicts in the general area. Understanding that, having a doctor assume you are there for any kind of narcotic for any reason is unprofessional.

She was very judge mental and that’s another thing that doesn’t make patients comfortable. I’m hoping she is more personal able and understanding for the next visit. To have preconceived ideas about someone before they even speak isn’t the stuff that makes a good doctor.

After a little thought in the whole experience she s two stars. She was just way too rude. I’ll be reporting her to the state.

On 17 October, I saw Dr. Patricia Alexander for a wellness review and a read-our of my recent blood work. Dr. Alexander went over the results and answered all my questions. I felt comfortable when I left her office. She actually listened.

Dr and Staff are awesome. The only reason that I gave 4 stars is because I have called or messaged 5 times to get refills send to my new pharmacy (just moved to the area) and only 1 refill and 1 new has been sent to my pharmacy in 1 ½ months.

I'm proud 2 say MY Dr. is Dr. Oni and she rocks! I've only been 2 c her a couple of times but she is very professional and caring. I have stage IV breast cancer that spread to my lungs. My first visit with her showed me she cares and listens to her patients. My husband kept blowing my phone up... She took my phone and very calm,cool,collected told my husband that she doesn't allow her patients on the phone during her appointments. That showed me she wanted to listen 2 me 🙂 I also had 2 have her fax paperwork to my insurance 4 my medical scooter, and by the time I got home I called my health insurance and her and the staff already put in 4 my medical scooter! That was my 1st visit!! Dr. Oni and her team r the best ❤️

No one bothered to tell me the office had moved on a same day appointment. When I got to the appointment, the nurse didn't notice I was checked in and left me sitting an hour.

I've seen my primary care doctor at Steward Primary Care for over 30 years and he gets a huge 5 star rating for his thoroughness and care over the course of life. I couldn't ask for better care. The only reason for the 4 star review is that I've had to wait up to an hour for my last 3 visits. This is unusual and there might be a good reason for this. So I'll be patient and know that the care I get when I do see him will be 5 star worthy.
