. She was extremely professional and took the time to understand my specific needs. The pressure was perfect, and really focused on my problem areas. Paula is a wonderful massage therapist. She is well trained in various approaches to massage. She is very receptive to personal requests. She is very professional and has clean working space. I love the Thai Massage since it incorporates movement along with massage to address tightness around joints, abdominal pressure and deep psoas release, fascia release, and spinal rotation to nourish all aspects of the body. I recommend this for all ages especially for older individuals with difficulty moving their body so Paula can gently address the issues.

I am new to the area and needed to continue regular massage treatments. My massage therapist in Florida found Paula for me and I reached out to her prior to scheduling my appointment. She was super friendly and understanding. She worked with me to continue my treatment plan and I had my first appointment with her this week. She was all I expected and more. Her presence is calming and she communicates to make sure she's addressing my concerns. I'm super grateful for Paula and am excited to have her as my massage therapist while I'm in the area. Dont go here my son got me a gift card for here and i could not find them the address is wrong in maps and i went every where trying to find them so called to see if i could reschedule and was willing to pay more seeing i was so late and hadn't found them she said NO !!!!!
