I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Wheeler! From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and professional. The office was clean and modern, and the appointment was right on time. Dr. Wheeler took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. Their expertise and gentle approach really put me at ease. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch dental care!

Excellent care and tender touch from the hygienist today at Summit Dental. Great hints about caring for teeth in general and what to do after a cup of coffee. The front desk is great at keeping you up to date on all your dental needs. There is also free chap stick! Thanks.

Even though I’m told I have “good teeth” I really dislike dental appointments, that being said, this office is great and keeps my discomfort minimal. Tyeese (sorry if misspelled) is a top notch hygienist and I enjoy my visits to her and trust that she is doing a fantastic job with my dental care, Dr. Wheeler has my trust as a dentist as well, I see she keeps all office technology up to date and has cutting edge treatments not available at any other office I have visited. I’m so glad I took a chance on popping in to schedule an appt after seeing the office when I was next door at Starbucks getting some coffee, I highly recommend this practice of wonderful folks!

I have been a client of Summit Dental since 2006 (18 years) even though my insurance doesn’t really qualify for their offices, I kept going. I was paying more to stick around with them, because their staff has always been great/good to me!

Unfortunately I have reached my limits with the rudeness of their secretary Melinda. It saddens me to say that I will no longer be coming to their offices because of their customer service.

Doctor Wheeler and Tais have always been good to me but my issues lately for the past year have been with the front desk secretary “manager” Melinda. She is rude and arrogant every time I call. I have reached out to Dr. Wheeler to communicate with her in person or over the phone, but I cannot get her to reply or call me back, so this is why I am doing my review two thumbs down for customer service. It seems at this point that they only want to collect $$ from their customers it’s no longer about keeping the customer happy/satisfied. Which should be a priority, like it use to be.

My latest issue with Melinda was on Monday August 5th 2024 I kept asking her that I needed to talk to Dr. Wheeler (because she was being rude) she refused. She even lied said that Dr. Wheeler was not in the office. I also asked her for her name five times or more. She wouldn’t give me her name. She would only tell me this is the manager. Finally she told me who she was (which I had already suspected it was her since everyone else is nice there, except her) I continued to tell her, you are always rude to me every time I call and she went off saying that she won’t let me raise my voice at her (which I wasn’t, I was more frustrated that I needed to argue with her back and forth), so what does she do? She hangs up on me. Is that what you call great customer service? Smh
I could get more into details with this phone conversation that I had with her, but I will leave it as is I will go pay my bill in their office and cancel my future appointments. This is no longer the dentist office it use to be.
