Was referred to Doctor Lal by my GP.

It was uncomplicated to make an appointment. His clerical staff were clear and precise on what I needed, that forms could be sent via email or I could arrive 15 mins early to complete them- my choice. This was easy and without issue.

His assistances were very pleasant as they went over detail and reviewed my information before I met Doctor Lal.

Doctor Lal was very personable and put me at ease.

He had clearly reviewed the information about why my GP make the recommendation, suggested an active treatment plan, why it was a good fit, and welcomed any questioned.

I felt like this was someone who, had indeed, taken the time, to review rather than just scan the 'Clift Note' version as he walked in- which increased my trust as I felt valued

He appreciated that I was nervous and I found him to be reassuring and calming. He seemed very genuine and kind.

Two same-day, outpatient procedures were set after and I am confidant in both his skill and his attention to detail, I am in the best hands.

When I left, the lady who scheduled was able to do so with both detailed paperwork, instructions, sent medications to my pharmacy for pick well before the date, and allowed me to pick a date which was not 'long' but not 'quick'- so that I could mentally prepare as it was a bit overwhelming.

Side note: The office was very tastefully decorated, clean, didn't have any glaring television sounds, or harsh lighting. There seemed to be a small fridge that had water which was a thoughtful consideration though I didn't partake.

I didn't use the restroom within this section, I did use the downstairs water closet which was tidy and well stocked.

The office building in which this doctor's office is located is nice and my GP used to also belong within a practice housed here.

I have had my procedures and will be receiving a completed update next week. Tentatively, things look good and I am relieved.

I would highly recommend this physician.

Can't think of anything negative other than I found myself to be afraid of the possibilities.

He helped me take a deep breath and step forward, with confidence, which made it easier for me to do what I needed to for my health.

This, to me, shows he is a healer in more than one way- which is a gift. ☺️

From the moment I walked in the doctor's office I feel welcome I felt family-oriented everyone that cared for me were very nice they was considerate they were very concerned about my condition that I came in there for. The doctor was very direct funny it made me feel like I can trust him with my procedures that I have to be performed in the near future. Several yrs ago I had a great exp with Dr Lal! Recently I had an appt and saw his PA who is very good but I think I should have been informed that I would not be seeing him! That was ok but what was not ok was being called 13 days later to finally schedule my tests! I left a mes too! I told the lady who called I was wondering when they were going to call and she said nothing! Then I left a mes on the nurses line about samples of a med I was given by the PA and they seemed to help and did I need to get a prescription? No response! A wk later left another med and the end of the day with no response I cancelled my tests and will get another GI Dr! I’m not putting up with office staff who act rude and entitled!

Dr.Lal treats me for two major health issues. I interact with most of his staff regularly. EVERYONE is a delight notably Karen and others and Dr. Lal is genuinely caring coupled with a great bedside manner. He also is certainly most knowledgeable and proficient. Overall, a practice well staffed and managed providing exceptional specialty medical care.

Dr.Lal is experienced and definitely has his patients as his priority. He has the best report I have encountered being a patient with many doctors. He is kind, which is rare , and seems very dedicated in finding out how to help. I am so glad i was referred to this particular doctor. I am also glad that old school “talking with” and not just TO a patient is not lost.

Dr. Lal and his entire practice have truly been a blessing.. My daughter, his patuent declared, they "are really good and perfect to her ". She loves speaking with the nurse practitioner each visit and seeing Dr. Lal who never fails to "see" her. They are appreciated.

Dr Lal cares about his patients. He explains everything openly but more importantly honestly. He is not quick to give up and send you on your way for tough issues, he will keep trying various remedies to try to find something that will help. When I first met him I knew I was in good hands.
