I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment, aiming to complete any necessary paperwork in advance to ensure a smooth visit. However, despite my punctuality, I waited over 20 minutes past my scheduled time before even being called up to make a copay payment. By that point, my chart still had not been sent to the doctor due to what was described as "a process."

When I inquired about the delay, I was informed there were three other patients ahead of me but received no clear timeline for when I might be seen. I then requested to speak with the office manager, only to be disregarded and told she was in a meeting, with no attempt made to address my concerns.

After an additional 10 minutes of waiting, I ultimately decided to leave, convinced that there are other medical offices where patients are treated with respect and efficiency. This experience left me feeling undervalued as both a patient and a human being.

I love my doctor Rogers I can't speak for everyone else. But I wouldn't change anything.The staff ok everybody have there moments dealing with all the personalities coming in there. Thanks all of you guys. Team work makes the dream work. They wouldn't be able to do it without the staff. Thanks again

Had my first colonoscopy, with Dr. McBride. Really liked him and he was very knowledgeable. The nurses were absolutely marvelous! Have dealt with Surgical Associates before and they have a wonderful staff with plenty of knowledge. Highly recommend Dr. McBride!

This place is beyond disrespectful of people's time. I understand we have all been conditioned to know that our appointment time is a little flexible (meaning you know you're going to wait) but our experience today was unacceptable by any standard.
My wife had an appointment time of 815am for an endoscopy. We arrived at 8am to a an already full waiting room (no seats available). She did not get called back to even begin the pre op stuff until 10:15!! I had asked a couple of times during this long wait and was just told there was nothing they could do because they had 3 doctors doing procedures and did not have enough pre op rooms. This was told to me like it was no big deal. Anyway, she finally had her procedure done, which only took a few minutes, and we were finally discharged a little before noon. The discharge nurse told us they were extremely overbooked. If you have a choice in where to go, and you value your time, do NOT use this facility. Your time is not valuable to them!! I can assure you that if we had been two hours late to this appointment, we would not have been seen! But they thought nothing of making us wait with no apology or anything! Ridiculous!

Dr. McBride is the most professional & compassionate doctor I have ever met. He has treated me, my husband, my mother , my mother-in-law, & my grandmother. Highly recommend him to everyone..

I saw Dr Watts for a consult with VA community care. He spent a lot of time with me explaining, asking questions about my reflux. Even discussed other issues that contribute to my reflux. I was very happy with the service provided and will continue to see Dr Watts.

I had the absolute worst FIRST and LAST experience at this office…I will NEVER come to this office again. I literally felt like I was doing everything on my own when it came to any paperwork that I needed for my job & my labs. I did everything right but because of the people at this office everything went wrong. First of all, they didn’t acknowledge me when I came in to ask about my lab process when they could clearly see me through the window (one lady behind the desk looked me right in my eyes and then turned back around without saying a word). They then tell you they will have your paperwork for your sick days off of work done on a certain day but then don’t get them done on the day…you then wait TWO HOURS for them to tell you they lost the paperwork just to get a call the next day saying it was done they just misplaced it AFTER THE DUE DATE HAS ALREADY PASSED! And had the nerve to nervously laugh about it too! NOTHING IS FUNNY ABOUT ANY OF THIS! But what was actually funny and incredibly stupid about the whole thing is when they do send your paperwork over…IT IS BLANK…THEY SENT A BLANK FORM INSTEAD OF THE COMPLETED FORM! So then you have to call again for them to do it freakin right! This whole experience was a whole headache that I could have done without and if they can’t do their job right maybe they need to be somewhere else!
