This clinic is an absolute joke (read the other reviews - this is not an isolated incident) do not go here. Disorganized mess. FYI - they do not combine appointments. You need an exam and cleaning? Separate appointments. Cleaning and a filling? Separate appointments. So by the time I made the original cleaning appointment was in April, for an appointment in early August. So - 4 months in advance. Normally, I wouldn’t accept such a long wait for a cleaning, but I had already had TWO separate appointments, spread over about 9 months. Figured I had come this far, might as well wait it out rather than go through a whole new patient process with another provider. August rolls around, I get a call less than 24 hours before the appointment informing me that the provider wasn’t going to be in on the day of my appointment and they needed to reschedule. I say ok, when can we reschedule. December. DECEMBER. So then I have a conflict and attempt to reschedule. AUGUST. Of 2024. This clinic should honestly be shut down, it’s clear they cannot manage schedules and their patient load. If you cannot accommodate patients schedules and appointments in a reasonable period of time, you shouldn’t be taking on new patients. Full stop. Not sure what else to say.

For the medical side Doctors and other staff tend to change a lot. I have had a new patient appointment almost every appointment because my Dr. has left and I have to start all over with someone new. I will say staff is very friendly, they do a great job getting you in for a sick patient.
The dental side is wonderful. staff is amazing with kids. Highly recommend them.

This place is a joke, honestly a joke. So I had an apt starting 5 months ago for a filling, the first time they said they texted me to reschedule I showed up to this apt and they turned me away saying they texted me.. instead of calling to leave a message saying they cancelled my filling apt. Fast forward they push it out 2.5 months later, 3 days prior to my apt they call and need to reschedule yet again… now we’re going on last Friday finally they say We can change your apt from the 18th of may to may 20th I was thankful and polite what do I get another text-today saying they need me to call the office and reschedule yet again but not until August.I am underlay disgusted with this dental office. And the lack of care they have for their patients. I understand being understaffed but there comes a point where that is total neglect of a patient. So what should someone do let their perfectly healthy tooth rot away? Or should I just go to ace and buy some pliers at this point the amount of times they have pushed my apt out is very unprofessional. I have perfect dental hygiene, and have never had to experience anything like this in my entire life up until recently my first cavity, what total a holes

Do not go here they are not for the people the doctor Today integrity law was broken today. I was called about a change of my work restriction via the phone when it is policy for the patient to be at the doctors office to be reevaluated my last doctors note was as stand until I visit them in a month. Also when I am in no capacity to work a place where I was hit by another associate in my upper back shoulder and is experiencing mental trauma from the incident which doctor in their right mind would want their patient to go back to a place of Horror?

I'm so sick of medical providers who can't conceive that people don't have a family doctor their entire lives. For many of us it only became possible to get health care when the ACA was enacted. But these people wouldn't see me for an emergent health issue without my "records." The "records" from every urgent care I've ever been to? Whatever! Instead I have to drive 30 minutes to yet another urgent care because that's the only way I can be seen for my illness. American health care sucks and place like this clinic are the reason.
