I see Sylvia for muscle pains as well as muscle injuries so that I may have a faster recovery. For me I have a very busy life and a strain from injury is not something I tolerate well. I will typically see her mostly for maintenance on overused and sore muscle groups however if needed I will also go see her for pain relief for injuries primarily caused by lifting weights. Sylvia is very professional and will walk you through the process on your first visit and she'll also asked you with each subsequent visit what specific areas are bothering you or if they're specific areas you would like worked on. I have seen Sylvia many times over the years and keep coming back as she is fantastic at her craft. If you're dealing with chronic pain or acute pain I cannot recommend enough having a consult with Sylvia and seeing if she is right for you.
