Staff was friendly, explained procedures that they would be doing, made me feel very comfortable, and answered any questions that I had. Dr B came in and was very pleasant and explained what he would be doing during eye surgery and asked if I had any questions. Felt very comfortable after talking with him. Top notch staff and Dr's at this office.

Dr. tackle himself is a very wonderful man with great bedside manner. He speaks to you. answers your questions, you leave with the knowledge of what is going on. The staff was very nice. And the surgical staff is well above average. They were knowledgeable, professional, do their business, and kept patience calm during the procedures. I would definitely recommend this group to anyone who has issues.

I didn’t have a good experience. When I made the appointment was told you all took my insurance with Anthem for vision. When I checked in was told y’all did not cause I didn’t have medical. Then was told my insurance was inactive, which I got it checked out after leaving and was active. I was really looking forward to seeing the Dr I’ve loss my vision in my left eye and really wanted to see him. But I would recommend Dr Takle I’ve heard good things about him. From my sister and cousin . This had nothing to do with him never made it to the back. My whole day was miserable my eye was irritated and I needed him to look at it felt like my eye ball was swollen.

I recently moved here to GA. I was skeptical about the VA sending me out to the community. I knew nothing about GA. , so I put my hand in my Heavenly Father who never let's me down. To find out I wouldn't go to any other place now but Tackle Eye Group. Staff so professional and respectful and nice. I'm not leaving out the Doctor he was 💯. Thank you guys for your services.

Tackle Eye Group is located in a small town with a huge facility. Everyone was very kind and professional.. I love the huge waiting room with clean bathrooms. They got me in right away for an appointment and eye exam. Dr . Tackle and his partners have a wide range of treatments for the eyes, I love the one stop shop and most importantly how knowledgeable they are. I will definitely tell family and friends they have everything and more without traveling into the city .

If you value your time then find another Doctor- we had a FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT for our 14yr old Daughter and waited over an hour to be seen- then after a brief visit with a physicians assistant we got moved to another holding area for another long wait - not acceptable for a self pay customer - didn’t expect a third world clinic vibe but that is what this felt like. There isn’t an awareness to HIPPA guidelines as the door was left wide open during the visit until I asked for it to be closed - not a professionally run facility.
If you make an appointment then it should mean something and if there are issues with staff then those should be communicated upon arrival - this was not done nor were the staff pleasant.
I would not recommend them at all.

They were behind schedule but moved through the appointments with efficiency. The staff and doctor were very apologetic.
