My wife just recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr.Tamplen. She is now 1 week post op and splint came off today at follow up appointment. We both were so pleased with the results. My wife could not believe how “perfect” her nose is now. It’s proportional to her face, no more dorsal hump, and deviated septum fixed. She’s beyond thrilled with her results and ability to finally breathe. Dr.Tamplen is truly legit. We both highly recommend him!!

I came to Dr. Tamplen because he was highly recommended by a friend that had Rhinoplasty, and her results were outstanding. I was a bit apprehensive on ANY type of plastic surgery, however my sagging neck was starting to bother me. I'm in my early 60's and never have had any type of cosmetic work done, and my biggest fear was looking too tight and unnatural. Dr Tamplen was extremely thorough..... explaining everything very clear at my first consultation. I was impressed by his experience and attention to detail.... he referred to his work as an "art" and his philosophy of being a perfectionist. After looking at me, he thought that I would be happiest with a mini face lift which would not only tighten my neck, but would lift and tighten my jowls as well. Honestly.... I was terrified, but also excited after looking at some of his before and after photos of others that did this same procedure. I went ahead with the surgery and after just a couple of weeks of rest, I had enough confidence to go back to my daily routine. Best part is my closest friends AND even my sister never could tell what I did. I got lots of comments such as.... "Your skin looks great..... what are you using?" Basically, you will look younger, refreshed but most of all.... naturally lifted. I absolutely love the results and so happy I chose Dr. Tamplen.

I came to Dr. Tamplen for a revision rhinoplasty last year in November and I'm not 6 months post op. My experience with Dr.Tamplen has exceeded my expectations in every way ! I LOVE my nose now and it feels amazing to no longer think about my nose not looking perfect and being unsure about it . I love it so much I stare at it every morning and still can't believe it's my nose . From the consult, to the surgery and post op Dr. Tamplen has been amazing , he has listed to my every concern and question. Right before my surgery I was very nervous and he was very reassuring. Not impressed with the consult process so I didn’t move forward with surgery. I did a virtual consult and about 10 minutes before the appointment, I realized they never sent me a link for it. I had to call in and have them send it. She told me he was running behind and would be late. The appointment itself was super short, and not at all personalized or thorough. He couldn’t get off the call fast enough. Then, I sent photos of myself to be morphed and I still haven’t even received anything back (it’s been almost 4 weeks). I have since had another consult with a different doctor and it was so much better and way more thorough.

Dr. Tamplen is truly the best in the Bay Area! I came to him very insecure about my side profile due to my dorsal hump. It was hard living a life being photogenic, but not wanting to take any photos because of the way my nose looked. A rhinoplasty was something I always wanted and doing the research to find a doctor that would fulfill that dream of a perfect nose, I’m so glad I stumbled upon Dr. Tamplen. I had a complicated revision needed for my nose after my last surgeon left me with nasal valve collapse and some cosmetic issues. I researched many surgeons until I found Dr Tamplen. He was very confident he could fix my issues and reassured me that we could get to my desired outcome. He is very detail oriented, caring, and patient. He reassured me when I was nervous along the way and checked in with me whenever i contacted him. I am one month out and i can breathe so much better through my nose and I love the way it turned out.
