If there is a Dr. Goodrum serving this location, please consider another doctor. I'm putting my experience here to protect anyone who may find themselves in her care; my experience with her has been unethical. Whether you come across her at Tanner, PlushCare, or any other health center or virtual health service, please be aware.

I had an appointment with her in which she didn't take any notes about my health concerns, gave me no health advice, made no referrals, prescribed no medications, nothing. Further, she marked my appointment for: (1) the wrong time. I booked at 12 pm, she put it down for 9 am I'm sure for her own purposes. (2) she categorized it as a "medication" appointment. But it was my first time seeing her, and she prescribed me nothing. She never mentioned medication and neither did I. She's running a scam to see as many patients as she can, lying about the hours she's seeing them, and lying about the services she's performing on the visits.. so she can bill insurance the way she wants, for things your insurance might not cover. Unethical.

Stay away from the nurse practitioner A.H. - she shouldn't be allowed to see patients, and her lack of caring is demonstrated by her actions. Also, the practice moved to a new, larger suite - and it's jammed packed with patients from God knows where. I felt like I was at a free clinic, and I refuse to do this again. I work too hard to pay for my health insurance, and I resent the way I was treated by the nurse practitioner - who WAS my assigned primary care provider (after Alisha Goodrum left) and I cannot tolerate the nasty waiting room. I have a new primary care - REAL - doctor who cares about me through Wellstar - in Marietta. I'm done with Tanner.

I have been a patient of Dr. GOODRUM since 2017. She is very thorough, kind, has awesome bedside manner, and responsive. I randomly selected her from a list of available doctors and boy did i hit the jackpot. The others in the office are equally as kind and responsive to the needs of the patient. I highly recommend Dr. GOODRUM and the practice.

Victoria at Mirror Lake helped me with my telehealth and getting papers signed so I can get help she is kind and sweet and cares about their patients. Kenyatta and Dr. Henry they really care about their patients and they show them a lot of respect they are so patient 💯

I was sick a week ago and tried to get a visit with my PCP, Angela Henry. They were booked but she could see me in a few days, so i opted to see an urgent care provider. My main complaint was a persistent cough preventing me from sleeping. I was tested for Covid and flu, both negative, but positive for strep. Got cough medicine and an antibiotic. Fast forward to today, 6 days later, my cough meds are gone but they didn’t really work anyway, i have no other symptoms. I call the office and was told my PCP Angela Henry cannot see me because I’m sick and she doesn’t do telemedicine appointments which is apparently the only way to see sick patients per the woman on the phone…. So this means I have a primary care provider who doesn’t see sick patients at all… not to mention I’m now learning that the entire office apparently only sees sick patients via telemedicine (although I’ve been seen there before.) And this policy changed in 6 days? I’m waiting for a call back from a nurse but I won’t hold my breath on that one.

I would strongly urge people to reconsider using this facility considering they literally told me over the phone that they cannot see me because I’m sick. Again I established care with this doctor so that I can be seen when I’m sick so this is obviously very frustrating.

Update: I was finally called back 3+ hours later and told I need to take a home Covid test in order to be seen. I was also told at the start of the call that she does see sick patients then at the end of the call she stated “this doctor usually doesn’t see sick patients” although I saw this doctor late last year when I was much sicker than I am today. I work in healthcare and cannot fathom refusing someone care because they’re sick, violating their oath as a provider. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE.

We have been in GA for a few years...I’ve had three Dr.’s at one practice and was very unhappy with all of them! No details necessary! Dr. Tuckett just gave me a real physical! Very thorough, very personable, and genuinely interested in what I was looking for in a Primary care physician! After feeling like an outsider in this area for so long.... I am confident we will be VERY happy with this Doctor & the whole practice! I actually witnessed the whole staff treating patients with respect, and... they were all very pleasant! Driving 15 miles to the Dr. will be our pleasure!

Dr. Jennings has been our family doctor for a few years now and she has been a fantastic one. We are moving back to Alabama, and we all are going to miss her as a physician and friend. If you’re looking for a great doctor who takes the time to listen and makes sure all stones are turned, then make an appointment.

I would recommend her she is a family member’s new primary care doctor. She went through all medications and found that my family member had medications that she should not have been taking (not prescribed by her). She listened and when we needed something else after the visit, she and her team were quick to respond.
