I’ve been going to this clinic for two years. I have a pineal gland tumor My last visit was a little over a week ago. I’ve been having extreme bone pain accompanied by new body pain in lower back that became unbearable with my feet burning my legs swelling and joint too stiff to actively move around. Several trips to the ER and specialist. After explaining everything to the NP, she asked me to prove I had a brain tumor. I have a book I take with me to doctors. I was told I had a lung tumor but no brain tumor from the ER. I was concerned. I’ve still got headaches associated with the brain tumor that I’ve had for 6 years in two different states and over 10 hospitals ( I’ve a rare brain tumor)(She been my NP for two years. Why am I proving I have a tumor now) She looked at me and said (and I quote) why don’t you forget about your head and just live your best life. If you’re concerned go get a X-ray at the ER and see 😳 I’m in so much pain I can’t move around.They say I’ve been referred to other doctors. But none have called none left messages. This isn’t a place for people who are chronically sick. Then texted me on my way home to see if I could come in for my cholesterol. NO! I’m going to life my best life. When I die. My children will sue you.

Awesome experience! Easy to schedule a prompt appointment, and no 3-6 month wait time. Everyone I encountered was smiling, patient, understanding, open to offering explanations, and helpful. I've been going to this clinic for about 4 years now. In the beginning, I loved it. They seemed to care about each person that walked through the door looking for assistance.
I can say, since they have moved to Villa Rica, even right before they moved, the quality of care and concern has went downhill.
Lori is almost never there anymore. When she is there, she doesn't seem to have time to check in on you. Instead you see a slew of nurse practitioners. You never see the same one twice.
I've been waiting on a referral to a specialist for awhile now. I call, they tell me they'll have a nurse call me back and i never get that call back. It's an endless cycle.
I've tried my best to continue to love this place, but i believe someone needs a wake up call. There is no reason why follow ups to calls are not being taken care of, test results are not being shared, and referrals are not being done.

When i first started using Lori Hudson for my health care a little over a year ago I saw her in person each visit and was extremely happy with her professionalism and refill of my medication . She was one of the best . Now I never see her and for the last four months my medication has not been refilled as it should be. When I go to my appointment the only person that knows me is the receptionist. Whom ever is my doctor that day has no idea of any of my medical condition or my medication I should be taking. Blood work was done on my last visit and I was told the results would be relayed to me with 5 days. After calling multiple times it now nine days later and can't get any answers or speak with anyone about it. I think it's time for a new doctor.

Temple medical clinic has been my primary care for many years. Since Lori Hudson left, the level of care has decreased significantly. The staff is rude to the point of denying medical care for someone who rubs them the wrong way, very telling of a medical professional. I have included all of the details of my experience with my insurance, my Facebook, my Instagram, my LinkedIn, etc to let people know of the care they can expect from this clinic now and in the future. They left me in tears.

Temple Medical Clinic at Villa Rica has the most compassionate staff in the area! My husband and I will not go anywhere else! When we lived in Florida we drove back to see NP Lori Hudson!
