I started off with physical therapy to help treat my vertigo, the doctor suggested acupuncture to help. It has been about 2 months and my balance, walking and ability to stand has 100% improved. If you need physical therapy, massage, acupuncture or other wellness services I highly suggest you contact Tensegrity Physical Therapy and Wellness and Audrey, the front desk representative, will do her best to get you scheduled at a time that works for you.

Great little gem!
I was looking for a yoga class near me. I found classes available at this unassuming-looking physical therapy business. Low and behold, once I went inside it was a beautifully equipped physical therapy center with tons of equipment for both traditional physical therapy and also Pilates rehabilitation. They offer lots of different classes and even massage.
There are multiple yoga and pilates mat classes available. As well there are great deals each month.
The yoga instructor, Liz, is amazing. She seems to know exactly what level her students are at. The classes are not crowded at all so you get plenty of individual attention. There are multiple offerings on different days, such as yin, flow, chair yoga, and yoga for osteoporosis

10/10!! Tensegrity Physical Therapy and Wellness is an absolute gem. Michaela, the owner and Physical Therapist, is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind. She really takes her time with each client, which I appreciate. She has done dry needling with electrical stimulation, graston technique, massage and heat therapy, pilates and exercises to help me with my injury. Another amazing plus about Tensegrity is she employs a variety of professionals ranging from grief counseling to acupuncturists to personal trainers and much much more. If you are on a wellness journey… look no further!!

Dr. Michaela Gaither helped me rehab my shoulder and improve my dizziness when changing positions. She has a great knowledge of how to strengthen and improve movement. Michaela is professional, friendly, but tough. She takes her time with you to give you a total workout and cool down. I strongly recommend Dr. Gaither.

I have experienced a few other Physical Therapy places and they have all been a disappointment until I went to Tensegrity. Michaela is so thorough and connects the dots in different parts of the body and gently leads you into a program that will safely and slowly adjust the body. After a few sessions I just want to add that Michaela is outstanding and is hands on and really cares about your progress. There are classes and massages available. This is a 10 star service.

Michaela and Tensegrity are categorically the best physical therapy and body work business I have ever found the need to use — and I have been to more than a dozen physical therapists and body workers. Michaela restored me to more than just functional health. She provided me strategies to maintain my health and keep me active.
