There’s a lot more to this review because we had Chongulia as our doctor for delivery and inarguably that was a terrible experience, but I will keep this short for reading purposes. Had a simple gauze replacement appointment at 0900 and still currently waiting in the lobby at 1030. When asked why we’re still here an hour and a half after our SCHEDULED appointment, we were told the doctor scheduled too many people and will get to us when they have the chance. I am no doctor, but I do have eyes and can clearly see when a schedule is overbooked and would not put more people on that schedule. In all, I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Chingulia, her practice or her office

Been seeing Dr. Chongulia for years now. Usually never had an issue. Recently (as in the past two years), the front office staff have been very rude. The past few times I have had to call the office to either make an appointment or ask a general questions, they have been very short and unhelpful. I will say Dr. Chongulia's nurse is helpful when I have prescription questions... Due to this, I have changed to a different Doctor... 🙁

This was my first visit. I really liked “The Fish” radio station playing in the waiting room. My appointment was at 3pm. I arrived at 2:30 pm filled out my paperwork and was seen at 3:10 pm.
I found the staff pleasant and friendly. The examining room was clean and comfortable. Dr Chongulia was polite, friendly, a little serious but not unpleasant. I felt like I got a better examination here than I have received at other doctors offices. I am hoping to build a good rapport with Dr Chongulia because I am tired of having to find a doctor I can trust and build a good patient/Doctor relationship with. The rest of the staff were curteous and friendly.

If I can give them a negative I would. This is the most unprofessional office. I have ever seen. My daughter was going to them for her pregnancy. While she went the whole 6 months she only had two ultrasounds. They only drew blood and got a unrine sample at the other appointments. She was told she was high risks and was never sent to a specialist. On 1/24//22 she call the office about bleeding only to told that it was normal. Later on 1/24/22 she went in to labor. Their concern for the health of my daughter and grandson was not important to them which cause the loss of him. I dont recommend anyone to go to tgis office. They give you one answer about what happened and the next day they give you a total different reasons. Please stay clear of this office.

I have a special needs daughter (23) and this Dr. has been the most helpful, patient and understanding that we have seen. The only GYN she has gone to and the only one she feels comfortable with.

I was told to be there at 2 however seen almost 2 hours later ; however, I expected to wait being new but not that long. Also, I felt like a subject instead of a patient, she seems judgmental or slight prejudice because I’m on medicaid. I asked for a referral, she responded as if she knew the outcome instead of just politely answering. I should have shared my anger and disappointment but I was beyond ready to go.

Excellent and courteous staff. I was extremely pleased with my visit with Dr Terry.She took the time to answer my questions and and was very professional in the way she handled my problem.I would not hesitate to recommend her.
