I can’t recommend the Allergy and Sinus Center in Warner Robins highly enough! From start to finish, my experience was exceptional. Dr. Bivins was incredibly helpful and informative, taking the time to thoroughly explain everything and provide me with practical strategies to address my issues.

The entire staff was fantastic—friendly, professional, and attentive. They made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my visit. It’s clear that everyone there genuinely cares about their patients.

I had an appointment this morning with Dr. Bush in Warner Robins. I felt very comfortable & safe around her. ( I had gone to another allergist doctor back last November, and it was a very uncomfortable feeling being around him.). She explained everything that was going on. Thank You Dr Bush. Chelsea, who did the allergy testing explained everything that she was doing and made me feel very comfortable
And helped me not to be so nervous. . The front desk ladies were very kind. I would recommend this doctors office to anyone who asked me about an allergist doctor. Thank You & God Bless

All the staff and Dr Bush were nice. Her nurse was great at explaining everything and the appointment was quick, but thorough. For a new patient appointment, 2 rounds of allergy testing, and lung function tests it was under 2 hours. Dr. Bush explained my results and options greatly and I was able to leave with samples to see if it would be helpful before paying a medicine copay.

Everyone is very nice. The nurses and Doctors really know their stuff. They made me feel very comfortable when I went in to get my allergy testing done. Dr. Turkessa Walker is phenomenal. She was very attentive and she explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this facility.

Had a wonderful visit as always. Dr. Bush is very caring. She listens and responds to all of my questions and I usually have many. Her staff is also personable and caring. I would rate this practice more than 10 if I could. I’ve been a patient for many years.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the customer service I received today, June 27, 2024. Upon my arrival, the front desk receptionist informed me that she was too busy to assist with scheduling my appointment and directed me to another receptionist. Unfortunately, the second receptionist also failed to acknowledge me or provide any assistance in scheduling me as a new client.

This experience was extremely unprofessional. Due to this lack of basic customer service, I have decided not to proceed with your business. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I hope that you will take steps to address these issues to prevent similar occurrences in the future. I would provide zero stars for your front desk receptionist if I could. Very unacceptable to find this lack level of customer service in any establishment.
