Dr. Adams!! the goat of braces, his attention to detail to customer care, service, paying attention to my concerns, communication skills, and friendly environment have been truly extraordinary. probably the best business overall I've ever been inside, every detail is covered, have not had a single bad experience, he explained to me the treatment plan when I first visited, and everything went to plan from there on end. Very thankful to have had him as my orthodontist. I've visited 2 other places one in Clermont and the other in winter garden, Dr. Adams had the best prices, sincerity and understanding out of the others, which they seemed like they just were more interested in money than care. again I couldn't recommend Him more or his staff which are very kind and friendly, in person and on the phone.

The brace place is absolutely amazing. Throughout my son’s brace journey, we had no problems. The staff is fantastic and kind. If a bracket broke, they would fit him in asap. Dr. Adams is a great orthodontist and man. He truly cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond. My son’s teeth look perfect. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Adams !

I made an appointment here at The Brace Place to get my permanent retainer fixed. When I called to make the appointment, I explained over the phone exactly what I needed. I was even quoted that it would cost me $150 - I arrived today only to find out that I couldn’t be helped because the doctor does not “believe in” permanent retainers. Not thrilled about this as I had a an appointment scheduled for over 2 weeks. Very poor service.
