I won't trust anyone else with my feet. Dr. Yardan and his staff are knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming, respectful, and timely. From waiting times to filling prescriptions and everything in between, this office runs like a well-oiled machine and provides a great experience for patients.

Dr. Yarden heard my urgency on the phone and got me in immediately. He recognized the problem and was able to address the painful problem immediately and almost painlessly. Very personable and put me at ease through the painful parts. Great guy.

Hanging on the wall in an exam room is a sheet of paper that asks the patient, please and thank you, to leave a Google review...ok.
I had a 2:30 follow up appt. scheduled today. I arrived in the office at 2:25, nobody was in the waiting room. I gave my name to the reception person and sat for less than 1 minute, maybe 30 seconds when a young woman (nurse?) called me in. As I was walking in, another person, a young woman came into the office to check in. I followed the nurse (?) 1/2 way down the hall when she stopped walking and was saying something about 'the larger room'...only she couldn't remember if it was to the right or left, and she stood there, pointing. So I stood there, looking at her. She said she couldn't remember which was the larger room so she continued walking to near the end of the hall and then pointed to a room on the left, across the hall, and told me to wait in there. That's how I was escorted to my exam room...I walked in and sat down. And waited....
Dr. Yardan finished up with the patient he was seeing, and then either another patient or he began speaking with office staff (?). He then made a personal phone call and only after several; 5-minutes or so, did he close the door to the room he was in and continued his call in semi-privacy, for approximately 10 minutes longer. The nurse walked past my room after about 30 minutes and stopped to ask me what time my appointment was and what my name was, she put a puzzled look on her face. I sat in that exam room for 43 minutes. When Dr. Yardan finished up his personal phone call, he went into another patient room introducing himself to a young woman, I presume the one that walked in after me, and that's when I walked out.
It was not busy, the office was empty. But I was left there by myself in an empty exam room for 45 minutes without any communication what-so-ever. Nobody questioned or said even one word when I left, and I had to walk through the inside of the front office to the door that exits into the reception area, all without a word from anyone in that office.
No thank you. I don't think I'll be going back. I am 67 years old and have never been treated like that before at a doctor's office.
This is why I give a 1 star review.
UPDATE: In response to your RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER: I thank you, and appreciate and your apology for my mishandled visit. However, I want to be absolutely clear with you that my experience and complaint here is not simply because of a mix-up of patients, labels and rooms. I was completely forgotten about in your office that day. I wasn't confused with another patient, I was left and forgotten about. Your office procedures or standards totally failed on that day. No checks or rechecks, no room check, no follow up from office staff. It was a total fail of what should have happened.
8/22/24 UPDATE: I did have a rescheduled appointment this morning with Dr. Yardan and have changed my review to 4 stars. I was brought directly inside upon my arrival and waited no longer than 5 minutes for Dr. Yardan to see me. The visit went well. Dr. Yardan covered all of my concerns and answered all my questions clearly and respectfully. I understand the options he presented to me for my problem. He spent time explaining and allowing me to ask questions so that I did not feel rushed at all. I will be seeing Dr. Yardan again, and I feel hopeful that he can help me.

I saw Dr. Yardan for the first time today, and I must say it was an excellent experience. I was so comfortable talking to him as he explained all options and procedures then recommended the best one for me. I left his office feeling more confident & reassured than I've been in months and lets not forget Julie who was very efficient & Pleasant explaining my instructions.

Dr. Yardan is the true representation of what a Doctor should be like. Listens to all concerns, approaches situations from all different angles. Does whatever necessary to comfort patient, explain what’s at hand and always coming up with the best treatment plan. Thank you Dr. Yardan!

Has the most patience and down to earth Dr. He will spend as much time and answer all your questions to make sure you feel as comfortable as possible. He will go above and beyond with his caring and knowledge of you and your unique personal needs.
He makes sure all your concerns are answered knowledgeably and takes the time to explain everything. Took me 20 years to find trust and faith in a Dr to do the surgical procedures I needed and may still need in the future. That’s means and should say a lot about my confidence and trust in him that he provides for me currently while I am still under his care. I recommend anyone and everyone to make an appointment and see for yourself he loves his work what he does and his patients come first. He Will personally take care of you and in involved in your pre ops and post ops. Has the best bedside manners and makes you feel likes he has known you forever and gives you his undivided attention.
His staff is just as caring and goes above and beyond.

Dr Yardin is absolutely an amazing surgeon. I had bunions that I had been putting off doing, he gave me two options and explained fully what to expect from each surgery. No sugar coating or pressure. Truly enjoyed being treated with the respect to make my own choice. The surgery and recovery that I chose went exactly as he described. Would definitely recommend his work.

My experience with Dr Yarden and his staff has been nothing short of amazing. Very professional, and a complete and thorough evaluation of my ankle tendonosis. I have had my share of orthopedic surgeries and for the first time I was offered an alternative treatment with an amniotic injection vs surgery. I was given all the scenarios from Dr Yarden and decided to for for it. Best decision ever. I was remarkably better in 2 weeks and as of today I am totally pain free, all swelling gone and better than I have been for months. Dr Yarden, can't thank you enough, continue your good work. You are the best!
