Entrance of location is not great for wheelchair bound patients and front office staff leaves it to waiting patients to help assist patients needing assistance with exiting the facility. Front office staff needs a refresher course on compassion and empathy. Not the first faces that should be presented to represent this establishment. Also Maria may need a refresher on medical billing. Was told that I needed an additional insurance card or a payment of $150 was due. Called the insurance and was told that information was incorrect. Went back in and told Maria and her response was "we can go ahead and see her smh. Ranesha was friendly and helped assisted with transporting my mother from her wheelchair to exam chair. Dr. T was a breath of fresh air and helped turn the visit around.

First time visit was awesome because of Dr. William Miller, who was pleasantly professional! He did great work on a callous and an ingrown that was giving me trouble! Highly recommend him!!

The visit started off a little rough but got better when I finally saw the doctor. I tend to take things a little personal when I feel like someone doesn’t value my time. When I have an appointment scheduled for 3pm and it’s an hour later before I’m seen, I get a little frustrated. Okay, a lot frustrated!

To be fair though, I asked after waiting 50 minutes if we needed to reschedule. I was told that my appointment was really for 3:30 and that they called me in early because I was a new patient and needed to fill out paperwork. But why was the question asked when I first arrived whether or not I had received the paperwork in the mail? That would imply that I would have possibly already have had the paperwork filled out and that I might not have had to be there a half hour early. Regardless, it was 4pm before I was seen.

I’m going to give them the benefit of assuming that they were possibly dealing with a few longer than usual appointments that caused my appointment to be delayed. Nevertheless though it would have been nice to have been notified that they were a little behind before I left work. I would have been expected to notify them if I had been the one running behind. Unfortunately though, this is not that unusual for any doctors office.

So why leave four stars? Well, the truth is. I felt like the doctor spent quite a bit of time with me helping me understand clearly what was wrong with my foot. Unlike some other doctors I have used in my life for different things who don’t take much time addressing other issues I ask questions about that are not specifically related to the reason why I visited, this doctor answered all the questions I had and didn’t tell me I had to make a separate appointment for the other issues. I appreciated that because my time is valuable to me.

He gave me his undivided attention while he was examining me and didn’t even glance at his smart watch when a new message came in. I noticed!

So aside from the scheduling goof which I hope is not the case on my next visit, I would definitely recommend this doctor.

Staff is professional and pleasant. Dr. Mary Ottinger is by far the Best of the Group. She is one of the Best Physicians i have ever met. I have been a Nurse since 1974. Her bedside manner and care of her patients is Excellent!

Unbelievable service!!! The staff attentive, the doctor has awesome bedside manner and I felt listened to. This really is a full service podiatry office where you not only get great medical care but anything else needed for continued care...even shoes! So, if you're looking for podiatric care, give this team a try. You'll never regret it.
