I recently had a simple cyst removed from my finger at this office and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They were not only professional but also had a great sense of humor, which really helped calm my nerves. Dr. Klugman was fantastic—thorough, gentle, and explained everything in a way that I could easily understand. Because I have no insurance, I needed to pay 304 dollars upfront. Next visit, I am going to ask for a payment plan cause I can not and will not pay everything upfront again. All cause of a fracture in my hand.

This place is our go to for treatment. My son was a patient a few years back and I didn’t hesitate to call them when he needed treatment recently. I was actually able to speak with someone on the phone and get a same day appointment. Everyone is so kind and thorough. We arrived twenty minutes before our appointment time to fill out paperwork, and were actually seen ahead of schedule. This place is like a well oiled machine. Dr Ratner and his staff are wonderful!
