Today I scheduled an appointment at the Little Clinic. The nurse assistant was very friendly and so was the NP. Both took their time asking questions and explaining things to me. I was happy that I could get in the same day and being met with a friendly staff.

Woke up early feeling unwell. Schedule an 8:45 am appointment thinking that I would be seen on time because the clinic opens at 8:30 am. 51 minutes after my scheduled appointment they are taking a patient in front of me. The Braelinn location needs better management!

Walk in at 4:40 pm on Saturday no one at the front desk, waited 10 minutes then some one came out at 4:50 and said sorry we closed if you came 10 minutes ago we could take you first of all it is not even 5:00 and I told her I have been her for 10 minutes waiting for someone she said that's not true . I wasn't feeling well so I didn't argue with her . Can you please train this people how to treat patients

They administered the dual FLU/Covid test after the Federal mandate was stopped 5 months earlier which now is not covered under an Urgent Care environment. All they needed to do was offer the tests singularly but did not. Then when I called the Little Clinic cooperate, they refused to adjust the bill one penny. This was all around a poor experience and would not recommend this company or location.

I was able to make an appointment an hour after I looked them up. They checked me in right away, I was able to get a COVID test (negative) and the nurse examined me. Both employees were kind and friendly. This was after I had a virtual appointment that same day with a nurse practitioner in my own doctor’s office that was no help whatsoever. I highly recommend The Little Clinic and will use them again for myself.

I went here because my ear and throat were hurting She doesn't even swab for strep and basically tells me to limit the dairy I eat. 😒 My symptoms got worse, so two days later, I go to the little clinic in Newnan. I ended up having strep (so bad, she was surprised I could eat) and an ear infection. I finish the antibiotics and still feel icky so I decide to try this clinic again. Apparently, my insurance expired and they said they couldn't let me pay out of pocket. Everytime I go here, the people are rude and they gave me nasty looks when my daughter cried. I would give 0 stars if I could. Save a trip and go somewhere else.

The triage lady upfront would not check me into the system because she had to ask the doctor if I could be seen. After being there 20 minutes and 5 patients that where able to check in. She came back and said that they were busy. I told her that if I didn't have 102.6 fever I wouldn't be sitting here taking her time. She didn't apologize or anything. I found a better urgent care that was nice and efficient to see me. Treated my symptoms and got my medication there. Kroger will loose a lot of our business from now on.

I arrived 30 minutes early even though online it said 10 and I didn't expect them to see me till my appointment time but they brought me into a room less than 5 minutes after I got there. The nurse gave me everything I needed for my uti test. Once all that was done she updated my info and checked my bp. She was very friendly and was asking about my school (had scrubs/ID on for dental assisting). The PA came in in less than 10 minutes and quickly diagnosed my uti and told me what she'd be prescribing me and asked if I had any questions. I was in and out before my original appointment time. I don't get what all the other reviews were about. The staff seemed super friendly and comforting to me.
