Honestly my doctor is great here, the front desk/ Billing office tell me different things they constantly mess up the billing and resend bills for things I had already paid and then tell me to call my insurance and it's a back and forth. Today's Visit will be my last visit here as its too much of a hassle as it takes them months to bill insurance, and everything is out of order.

This place definitely not even worth the one star! It's the worst doctor's office in Houston County! Very unprofessional & rude staff. My appointment was at 2pm, I arrived 15 mins early with my newborn and still was sitting until 3pm! Then the big back MA had the nerve to tell another MA, "she shouldn't have came early & now she don't want to be seen" like what?! Since when it was a problem to arrive to an appointment 10-15mins early?! I thought that's what you were supposed to do! My appointment was for 2pm not 3pm so I had every reason to feel how I felt & leave! I'm dealing with postpartum & needed to see my doctor! Didn't need the rudeness at all, smh! I definitely don't recommend this place to nobody & I will be reporting this to the medical board!

Re doing prior review, Dr Nagi is a surprise and big disappointment to me. She on my very last visit with your practice, seemed rushed, unconcerned with my issues. I felt like she was not listening to me or cared about what was going on with me or the medication I asked her to subscribe for me. Due to her uncaring unprofessional behavior, I now found a new health care provider. Her assistant is rude and uncaring as well. The billing person mis billed my visit. Just to unprofessional and stressful for me to continue with this lack of care or concern.

These folk are expedient to over bill ins co's however rendering service iisn't as significant. Dr. Nagi is wonderful. Office staff doesn't take African American patients serious at all. I have been begging for sufficient meds to overcome an inflamed ear infection for 4 days to no avail. They almost never respond to needed help via phone emergency or not.

Dr shroof and another Dr at the medical group are both great. They were very attentive listens to you answers your questions and does not rush you out of the office my experience was great the front office was very friendly as well. also l didn't have to wait long to see the doctor l highly recommend this Dr office the best in town.

This medical office is the worst!!! Over charged me and took me 3 days to get the billing office and the medical office on the same page . I would of taken the credit for my visits but since they don’t communicate well I decided to get my refund. Quick to get my money off my card but it can’t return it back on my card! They had to give me a check . Took over 2 weeks . Went to the office to pick up my refund check and guess what ...they didn’t have it . They called me and left a message saying it was there and now it is not. If your insurance has another option for a doctor take it!!! DO NOT COME HERE!! You will get stress and high blood pressure just trying to get seen on time , wait times are very long , extra charges ,and billing issues. ! I have to go to another doctor now because of all the issues they have caused me that has caused my body to have issues ! Just like they took for ever to give me my refund it took them 4 years to respond back to my review !! Go somewhere else people!
