This place is unprofessional. It takes weeks to get things done, such as sending in a prescription (that insurance will pay for). They (Amy) doesn’t give u a call to update u about anything also they hardly answer the phone. My child will no longer be seen here, Willowbrooke on Quartz dr. In Villa Rica is a better choice.

My first experience was not good. I had an 8 am NEW patient appointment and they told my provider was running a little late. Then at 8:25 I was told that my providers ETA was 9:14. I booked the first appointment so that I wouldn’t have to wait and I would be able to make it to work without being too late. I rescheduled for a day that I was off of work. They then called me 2 days before my scheduled appointment and said that my provided was not in the office that day and I had to reschedule. They were trying to schedule me for a day that I was unable to go. My question is why schedule me for a day that the provider is not it? This is not the way to treat a new PAYING patient. I will not be rescheduling my appointment and will find a new provider. Poor way to run a business.

My mom had a great experience, from the time we arrived to when we left. Alicia treated us with such respect and kindness that i wouldn’t understand why so many bad ratings with them. Prescription was sent right away and scheduling was also very easy and they do get to you when you need to fill anything or to remind you of your appointment. I rate them 5 stars because they all earned it.
If for any reason my experience changes I will update my review, but I think I have mom in good hands.

I decided to try to get some help for my mental health, this clinic was the option I chose, a decision I regretted quite quickly. The office was not very professional looking, and despite them requiring me to attend appointments in person frequently, the majority of the time I was placed into an empty room where the doctor was on the other end of a Zoom call. If it was okay for her to be remote why wasn’t it okay for me to be? After my initial appointment I was prescribed many different pills, no therapy at all. It appears all they’re interested in is asking a few questions, giving a diagnosis, and pumping you full of SSRI’s and sleeping pills. I expected the doctor to at least attempt to get to the root of the problem and not just treat the symptoms with drugs. This was my first experience with a neuropsychiatric doctor, so I wasn’t entirely sure of what to expect. Maybe the therapy would come later after the prescriptions had some time to take effect. Nope. The prescription did nothing but make me lose my appetite and worsen my symptoms. I decided that neuropsychiatric medicine was not the right choice for me and decided to go with more natural options after a few appointments. When I brought up my concerns to my primary care physician, who works in the building over, she expressed that this was not the only time a patient had negative experiences with this particular clinic. I would not even recommend this clinic to my worst enemy. I hope this review helps at least one person. I am very aware that some people just have a chemical imbalance and prescriptions may help them, but I highly believe that’s a case by case basis. I don’t believe that a neuropsychiatric doctor should be able to cut prescriptions without more in-depth analysis of the causes of the mental health issue. If therapy isn’t something that’s going to benefit you, I would recommend seeking help elsewhere.

They have ongoing issues with poor communication and high turnover. They cancel appointments with little warning. If you are a current patient, you can only contact them through texting. While I've gotten good care from most providers, providers don't stay long enough to actually get to know their patients. I had a virtual appointment today and no one called, texted, or emailed. I tried contacting the office, but no one answered. This has become beyond frustrating. I will be finding another clinic.

Worst therapy ever! You hardly ever see the same doctor because they can't keep good ones. The front office ladies change as much as I change undies. No one ever knows how to work the system- because they're always new. They wanted to charge me no show fees I never no showed for. It was a fight to get my meds filled every refill. They simply ask "how are the meds your in working from the previous doctor"...."ok great well keep it all the same". That's if the doctors spoke good enough English to communicate with you. Place should be shut down.

First and only appointment was via doxy. Despite having all records dating back to the early 90’s, the PUSHED well documented, toxic, suicidal thought inducing drugs to me, ever after sharing a decade long experience with them. They also agreed to call in a benzodiazepine that was due for refill 12/20. The Friday of Christmas weekend knowing they’d be closed until after the Holidays. They FAILED TO DO SO forcing an embarrassing ER visit to prevent potentially life threatening withdrawals. Never have dealt with a such a poor medical UNPROFESSIONAL, INDUSTRY of “Drs” who so carelessly put a patient’s possibly at risk. I fully trusted them at LEAST for this yet here I am embarrassing myself at an ER room to PREVENT having to be admitted in 48 hours.
