Dr. Glenn did a total knee replacement on both of my knees, and it has changed my life for the better! The surgery was only half the battle. Physical therapy was just as important to complete. It was definitely tough in the beginning, but I promise you that if you complete physical therapy, you'll feel like a brand new person! Definitely would recommend Dr. Glenn to anyone who needs ortho surgery! I'm so grateful to this team for changing my life!

Dr. Glenn and Taylor Hires are the best, as the staff. I’ve had my hip and knee replaced by Dr.Glenn. I’d recommend him, as he’s great at what he does, and listens to your concerns. You’re in and out in a very timely time.
The Physical Therapy department is great as well. I’ve never had to wait going in.

Just got off the phone with Carrie, she is the worst person you could put on the phone. Disrespectful and in no way helpful for someone who is in pain and trying to figure out what I need to do to get out of pain. Yet she thinks a better use of her time to antagonize and disrespect someone who is ignorant to the entire process. I heard bad stories, but I figure Angh why not try right. Don’t. Drive the hour to another location.

This has to be the worst patient service of any Dr office I have ever been to. The receptionists are snide, condescending, and mean. I had been referred here for outpatient by my plastics Dr and I was told by their DR my X-rays and MRI were no good and they needed them to be redone by their office only. They wanted me to pay for another round of X-rays and MRI and didn't care how much it would cost me.

I'm addition, you have to sign a no harassment policy to even get into your appointment with this place. That's a first and it should have been my first clue. I waited over 2 hrs to get seen even though I had an appointment.

Office Manager here will NOT accept responsibility for poor scheduling of doctors appointment. Appointment was at 11am but the 10am appointment still has not been called back and it's 11:17am

My family and I have been going for 10+ years with mixed reviews that have eventually turned poor overall. After a recent familial shoulder injury, the follow up visit with Dr. Glenn was disappointing. He immediately stated they would need surgery and presented this as the only option going forward. He became defensive and short once asking about if there were positive outcomes for other options. Additionally, in documentation, they coded for a Full-thickness rotator cuff tear but the MRI reports showed a partial thickness tear and felt rather lucrative to push surgery. Ultimately, its unfortunate that small towns do not have as many local options but I would highly suggest researching and seeking other clinics

It's a miracle if you can get someone on the phone when you call. Lucky if your call is returned.

After 30+ years of going to the TOI, I have had enough. I started going back when they were located by the interstate in Gainesville. I have had 8 or more surgeries over the years. I have seen Doctors for ankle, knee, back, hip and shoulder. Over the years the professionalism of service I received from Doctors/ARNP has varied. Since Covid I had Knee issue and started with Dr. Petty in Gainesville. While waiting on my appointment I injured my shoulder. My experience since Oct. 2022 has been very disappointing. In Oct 2023 I transferred to Lake City to Dr Glenn. Both offices do a poor job communicating with patients. Even the physical therapy is terrible. In the last 12 months each of my first visits with therapist she said she had not even read my chart before evaluating me. I am not sure I will find a better Doctors office for my needs, but I will try. I am not going back there. There is a lot more I could say, but I am not wasting anymore time.
