Definitely could use personal skills. There is no warm welcome or thought to make you feel as they even care.
You get your vitals done in the receptionists area.
The doctor is more focused on clicking the buttons on the computer rather than taking anytime to get to know you and figure out what’s actually going on.
A $300 appointment to answer questions for 30 minutes and then you’re done-
It’s so sad that this is some people’s only option with insurance plans. This had to be the worst doctor’s office I have ever been to.

From my very first visit I knew I was valued. Receptionist was professional and cheerful. My first interaction with the Clinician was comfortable and pleasant. Questions were structured to help my explain my symptoms. Diagnostic tools were invaluable in developing a treatment plan that gave me confidence.
I have been a patient for about 10 months now and can recommend the Potters Clinic with enthusiasm.

I have been a patient of this "medical practice" for years and for a long time it was great then Covid happened. Then it became a nightmare! First they overcharged my insurance by almost $700 that they still owe me back that I will never see the light of day with. Then the monthly drug testing when I do not take a medication that is needed for that. My insurance would not pay for the monthly drug test they wanted me to do. Now every time I have to call to get any med rec orders I have out or they do not get the labs that they are asking for. Getting someone on the phone is like pulling teeth! Then they have the nerve to argue with people who are not stable at all. They never admit to their errors or faults but they will be fast to charge the patient for what they did wrong. Stay away from this place at all cost!

I’ll give it 3 stars because Ebony is great and she listens to my concerns and not just prescribe medicine to just get a paycheck.
However, to change the Therapist (Psychologist) to part time and Kayla had to leave because who can survive from just a part time job is crazy to me. It was a very sudden change and Kayla was the best therapist I ever had and it took me almost 6 months to find another one. Both therapist from this practice has left because she cut down to them just being part time. It was a big mistake, it was so convenient to have the therapist and the psychiatrist in one building.

If you have been on a medication that is working for you for years, and you just need someone to continue to refill your prescription, then this clinic is ok. I personally would not trust using this clinic with anything else, including getting on a new medication or weaning yourself off a medication. Also, they make you fill out a long intake type of form every time you see them. In my experience, this kind of form is only filled out when you first see the psychiatrist in order to assist in properly diagnosing you. It's very annoying and time-consuming to fill this out when I have been taking the same medication for years. Also, they make you see them pretty often. For about 6-8 months, I had to see them every month, even though I had been on the same meds for years.

This place is horrible. I was submitted for higher care after two visits and the place they recommended wasn't accepting anymore patients. I ve called and left three messages and it's almost a month now and I had to suffer from the withdrawals of running out of the dam medication they had me on. It seems like they need more help than me. Stay away and find a company thats more consistent with there patients. These folks are a joke and should be shut down immediately.
