All of the wonderful ladies that Reception was so supportive, every step of the way. They also had good knowledge of how the pre-and post procedure instructions should be delivered. Gabe was my first physicians assistance that walked me through the entire process to the very end, and was most helpful as was other assistance in the room during my procedure. Follow up With Dr. Kerr was very informative with it. Solid plan for my next procedure. Highly recommend this office throughout.

Amazing. I cannot say enough about Dr. Kerr and his team. I have been dealing with issues for years and only to be told there was nothing wrong until I was referred to Dr. Kerr. Within weeks of meeting him and him evaluating my symptoms he was able to determine I was blocked on both sides. Its been a few days since the procedure and my legs are feeling so much better. Thank you so much. Regarding his team, Crystal was outstanding and cannot thank you enough for educating me and taking the time to make me feel comfortable. I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Kerr and his staff. I’ve had multiple procedures there and my one today went really well. Gabe and Destiny were excellent!! They will make you feel extremely taken care of! It really helps calm my anxiety about the procedure because they basically made me laugh the whole time. Destiny has also been the one to schedule my appointments and she is so efficient at it. Today she was in my procedure room and was sooo great. Gabe is so nice also and even walked me to my car. They are all excellent at what they do. I appreciate them so much!!

Such a great experience at The Vein and Vascular Institute. My ultrasound appointments and procedure appointment all went so great. Everyone is super caring wow! Beth, Mildred, Brad, Adrian and Dr. Kerr were fantastic. I cannot remember my ultrasound techs name but she was amazing. Everyone answered my questions and explained everything to me with the utmost of patience.
