These people as professionals have absolutely nothing. My wife went almost without breathing at the request of the doctor who treated her the day before, still feeling bad, for an “injection” to open her bronchi and we went at 11:40am and the receptionist told her that they were at lunch or “ break” and told us to come back later. And so we did, we went later to be told that the doctor had already chosen the people “counted” for today seeing that we were in the ward and my wife couldn't breathe. What a shame that we are reaching this limit with human health. And it's not the first time this has happened and I always told my wife, change like I did. I do not recommend this place, gentlemen, better go to Sanitas on Temple Terrace.

Esta gente como profesionales no tienen absolutamente nada. Mi mujer fue casi sin respirar a petición del propio médico que la atendió el día antes ahí mismo de seguir sintiéndose mal para una “inyección “ para abrirle los bronquios y fuimos a las 11:40am y la recepcionista le dice que están de almuerzo o “break” y nos dijo que volviéramos mas tarde. Y así lo hicimos fuimos más tarde para que nos dijeran que el doctor ya escogió las personas “contadas” por el día de hoy viendo que estábamos en sala y mi esposa sin poder respirar. Que vergüenza que estemos llegando a este límite con la salud del ser humano. Y no es la primera vez qué pasa esto y siempre se lo dije a mi esposa cámbiate como lo hice yo. No recomiendo este lugar señores mejor vallan a Sanitas en temple terrace.

This location is horrible. Super un reliable.
They never pick up the office phone. So if you're gonna be late make sure to go the day before and tell them you will be late on your appointment, because they claim the phone works and apparently it doesn't. All to voice mail. Also they book appointments for you to get an ultrasound and they waste your time by sending you to a place they know they don't do the level ultrasound they need you to do.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Me and my wife were very skeptical about coming here due to bad past doctor experiences, My wife doesn’t have health insurance so they were able to go off her pay stubs and the prices were so low we thought it was a joke! We were in complete distress and the staff was amazing, doctor Medidi WAS PHENOMENAL! AMAZING bedside manner, outstanding knowledge and skills! It’s so hard to find an office and doctor like this nowadays. Coming here was the best decision they really care.

I started to see a provider at this location on May 17, 2020. It was never advised to me that my provider was retiring (otherwise I would have seen a different provider). I had several wellness visits with this provider and she prescribed medication to me in which one I was given refills for. I was notified by my pharmacy that i needed refill on this one particular medication and my pharmacy sent my refill request to this office. I was advised by my pharmacy that the request for refill was rejected. On Tuesday 06/23/2020, After spending 2 hours on hold I was advised by the scheduler that my provider retired on 06/19/2020 and that in order for me to get a refill i needed to leave a message and i was transferred to the nurse line and placed on hold for another 45 minutes. I could not hold any longer because I was at work. I called on my day off and spent another 1 and 30 minutes on hold to leave a message with the nurse. I was finally able to leave a message for the office to return my call and tell me that in order for me to get my refill i needed to see another provider. Sound fishy to me. I will not be returning to this office at ALL. The run around for a script and the hold time to leave a message or even schedule an appointment is ridiculous. And lets not get into the receptionist and her lack of knowledge with commercial insurances. I am not interested in holding for hours to rectify the issue. I will not be returning

If you’re looking for a group of professionals who make you feel right at home, this is your spot! Everyone in there is helpful and kind, but they seem to enjoy their jobs and treat their patients like humans.

I left an office because I felt like I was not being heard, not given the full information, and mostly felt bullied into getting the medication that doctor was pushing. Found Suncoast Community Health and heard the Melissa Emmanuel was fantastic! The news was right! Val is so helpful and friendly at the desk, I cannot remember everyone’s names, but it felt like I was family.

Sweetest group of professionals that you’ll find in a chaotic world!
