Thrive was extremely clean and nice. Everyone there was kind. My appointment was mixed up but the receptionist went over and beyond to make sure that I could be seen. I had to get injections and the Dr. was very gentle and he explained everything that he was doing to me. I would highly recommend Thrive Ortho and Spine. My experience was exceptional!

From the front desk staff to Dr. Karsch himself it was a great experience. Dr. Karachi is such a sweet, caring, and helpful physician. You don’t find to many doctors who’s so relatable. He truly has great beside manners! He knows his stuff and I can’t wait to see him again for more care. He made sure that I knew that he would get me as close to 100 percent as he possibly can. I’m confident that he will!

Literally the worst. I don’t recommend anybody to come here and waste their time.

I came about a month ago for my appointment and I dealt with a NP that was just talking nonsense, saying things that were non-empathetic. Kept talking to me about injections the whole time I was in the room. I spent 3 1/2 hours of my day at their office with not much done.

I had my follow up appointment today 9/18 @ 10:15, I walk into check in, so I asked the receptionist who my appointment is with today because I completely forgot for her to come and tell me that I don’t even have an appointment on the books. And again completely explains the lack of service that I had with my last visit. As well as asking me if an MRI of my foot was done and I told her that nobody reached out to me for the MRI and she was like what I see the order right here and again I told her nobody reached out to me to schedule my MRI, but I did get an MRI done for my brain that I was told I would get scheduled which my actual primary care doctor scheduled it two days after my appointment with him. Which again is cleared to show you the lack of care and service that I was received in this office. I will never come back.

They couldn’t even hide the ounce of negligence that they were giving.

Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, patience, easy to work with and consistent. I LOVE the fact that the owner worked side by side with her staff. Oh and the AWESOME TEAMWORK. it was unbelievable how they would cover for each other. They also knew their clients by name and greeted them individually. ❤

Hello! Thank you Dr. Patel for tackling every iota of pain threatening my R shoulder, hand and back, first time last night I slept straight through the night, without taking any pain or spasms meds. Slept straight through to 6AM, and I was in bed at 9AM. Super! ?

My next 6 weeks of therapy I believe will contribute to eliminate the numbing, tingling coming down my fingers and tightness/stiffness on my cervical area and shoulder. But the pain has been kicked in the butt. ?

Thanks again Dr. Patel, and those injections ? are a boom and so amazing! ?
