I recently had a stretch and massage session with Dr. Jouan Cox at the Conyers location, and it was absolutely phenomenal! Before my visit, I was dealing with severe lower back pain and frozen shoulder, which made it impossible to lift my arm above my head or bend forward comfortably. After just one session, I was amazed—I could raise my arm above my head and even bend forward to touch my toes!

Dr. Cox was incredibly detailed, explaining every step of the process with care and professionalism. His expertise and attention to detail made me feel comfortable and confident in his care.

If you’re in need of physical therapy, stretching, or massage, I can’t recommend Top Notch Physical Therapy enough. Do yourself a favor and book a session—you can thank me later!
