Had an appointment scheduled for months. They cancel it 1 month before the appointment. I call to reschedule and they don’t have any appointments until April. If you are gonna cancel patient appointments after they have been waiting for months to be seen, they should find openings to include those patients sooner. I would be waiting almost 10 months to see the doctor if I hadn’t found a new provider.

We have been going here for almost 16 years, and never had a bad thing to say about the practice until this year. First they wouldn’t see my daughter when she was sick, so we had to wait 8 hours at urgent care for strep throat. My son needs a physical, and they don’t have any appointments for two months! It’s never, ever in 16 years taken more than a week to schedule one, if you were sick they got you on the same day. If they aren’t seeing sick patients, why is the schedule two months out? You don’t even get the actual office when you call anymore, what a joke this practice has become.

Horrible experience to say the least. I don’t do well with labs in the first place, and then on top of that there was only 1 person working in the entire place. Her name started with an N . She basically told me it was my fault that my labs weren’t “released” and that I had to call my dr to get them released when they should’ve been there in the first place. Then instead of offering to help in any form possible she took other patients in front of me with later appointments times & then proceeded to be huffy and give me attitude because “she had lunch in less than 10 minutes” like i was a burden. Even gave my dr attitude on the phone when my dr asked to speak to her on my phone since she wouldn’t call them for me. Also telling them she had lunch break in less than 10 minutes. My labs didn’t go wel either. By that point I was super worked up and labs were taking awhile to finish, as I’m sweating and ready to pass out with tunnel vision she basically shoved me out the door before I was ready to stand up so she could leave for her lunch. Poor choice of staff tower health. I’ll NEVER be coming back to this lab and I’ll be sure to make it known to friends and family to avoid it here. I’ll spend the extra gas money and time to go down to the lab at the doctors office building at the hospital. Jill there is amazing and I shouldn’t have doubted myself and went there in the first place.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this clinic. From losing urine samples...to misdiagnosis..to not properly medicating for a transmitable disease...Having an encounter with Baney was enough for me to leave the practice entirely. As a PRIMARY CARE doctor you should LISTEN to your patients and help them find a solution. Instead he was more worried about my mask not completely covering my nose and ignoring every symptom I was expirencing that had me worried
There's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I hope they get raked.

First and last time going to this lab. Staff was miserable. They could not even show me to the room they just said back there. Had to ask 2 times where to go. Not nice people. They shouldn’t hire such miserable staff/lab techs. Did not feel welcome at all.

The staff and Dr Lee were all very helpful, nice, and patient about everything. The doctor listened to all my concerns and was more than happy to help. I did not feel rushed or like anyone was just punching a time card. Everyone was amazing to deal with. Planning to make this my primary care facility.

This place is a complete joke. I had lab orders sent to them and it took over a week of calling probably 6 different numbers for them to finally set an appointment. They don't know what they're supposed to do so they just transfer you to someone else. The ladies taking the blood were super nice so that's why i gave 2 stars.

This place is not very good I called and tried to get my daughter in and they can never get her in.she’s been going there for about 4 years out of those 4 years I’m lucky if she even saw the dr more than two times had to go to urgent care all the time because they can’t even make an appointment for the next day or any day. Also kinda sucks when they say a nurse will call and either never calls or calls almost two days later this has happend at least three times it happened again today they say no appointments open and a nurse will call that was at 10:30am it’s 8:45pm still no call
