From the first phone call to walking out the door, my experience was nothing short of incredible. The young lady who answered the phone was so pleasant and informative, she even called back to give me additional information and made sure that we were on the same page. The reception that I received when I turned up for my appointment was equally pleasant. The young ladies at the desk welcomed me warmly and made sure that my check-in process went smoothly and quickly. Then I was escorted by yet another pleasant and professional gentleman who made sure that I was very comfortable at all times as he walked me through the different options that were available and offered great advices. Then came Dr Pike, she was like the icing on the cake. She elaborated further on points that her colleague had briefed me on. She put my mind at ease with her warm and gentle demeanor and has me excited for my next appointment.

First time coming here and had an amazing experience. Both my hygienist Haley and dentist Dr. Samantha were very friendly and knowledgeable. They both took their time explaining everything to me. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly and welcoming. I love the fact that I didn’t feel pressured into getting anything done. I can tell this business cares about their patients.

I moved to Atlanta from Dominican Rep. a year ago and I was very careful picking out what Dental office I was going to be a patient at. I cannot be happier with my visit, everyone was so nice and attentive. Asina was my hygienist and did an amazing job with my cleaning and Dr. Pike answered all my questions and concerns. The office is very clean and neat. I absolutely loved everything about my visit.

I really want to give these guys more stars. My last appointment with them was years ago, but the effects maintain today. Everyone was polite, insurance went smoothly, cleanings were quick but thorough. The problem was a filling I had done. When it was over, my bite was noticeably different- which had never happened with a filling before. My teeth didn’t really fit together- it felt like the first thing I bit down on when closing my mouth was the filling itself. I told them and they were more than happy to squeeze me in and work with me. After that appointment, there was no noticeable difference, and they’d done all they could. A while later, I notice incredible pain when I chew on something crunchy at a certain angle. That pain persists to this day when it comes to very crunchy foods. I’m sharing this review now because I have another filling that needs to be done with my new dentists and I’m terrified.

Town dentistry is it true model of how a consultation Is delivered.
My appointment for a cleaning was the best experience I’ve ever had in this profession. Attention to details and very compassionate Samina “Mona” Introduced me to a new awakening when it comes to taking care of my dental needs.
My anxiety was very calm and she was very informative.
Yes I learned a lot of new tools in the upkeep of my teeth and how to take care of them properly.
The dentist Samantha Knight also kept the momentum and explain a regiment for my next visit and hands-on as well keeping me in the loop throughout the whole experience. The staff and their bubbly personalities is Professional and very dedicated in meeting the clients needs. I could go on and on, but this office has taken dentistry by the hand in the delicate way, and it is nice to be home. Kudos to your entire staff.
