I really like my PCP, but it is nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone. The phone will ring and ring, and there is no option to leave a message. They have not followed up on my referrals and I can't get in youch with anyone. Additionally, they have not been processing refill requests in a timely manner. It's been incredibily frustrating.

You cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone...its near impossible to get an appointment. My PCP was to write me 2 referrals weeks ago and I never heard from anyone and this isn't the first time something like that happened. I also called and left a message with the referral line...no one has contacted me. I don't even know how people get scheduled when I cant ever get an answer from this place! You cant even leave a message for nurses...like...what? Seriously, how hard is it to hire a dedicated phone answering person? Or even let people leave messages with our Dr's nurse? When I actually happen to get an appointment i see people having to come in just to make the appointment...then the staff gets pissy. Its absolutely absurd.

I have been a patient here for many years and so have my kids. The last year has been an absolute nightmare trying to get someone to answer the phones! It’s a joke! I’ve been in the waiting room and just watched as they sat there as the phones rang off the hook and they weren’t doing a thing! I’d understand fully if they were extremely busy but it isn’t the case! The front desk staff is incompetent and extremely rude! Today was day three I have called at least 20 times trying to get an answer so my daughter can get her medication refill! After fifty times of the repeat message the phone rings about 30 times and they just hang it up! Even if they could pick up and say “I apologize for your wait but could you please hold a moment longer we will be with you as soon as we can” it isn’t hard to just communicate and DO YOUR JOB! I can only imagine the patients they’ve lost. It’s such a hassle to switch doctors and get established with a new family care provider but I have to do what’s best for myself and my family at this point. The physicians have mostly been great along with the nurses! Especially the ones in the lab! But the front desk staff needs to be retrained and properly supervised!

I am rating my experience with one star primarily due to my appreciation for my provider, Meagan, and her nurse, Tina. Unfortunately, I have found the front office staff to be lacking in several aspects. I have given multiple opportunities for improvement, assuming that it might be a training issue. However, after more than three years of experiencing these challenges, I have decided to discontinue my association with the practice. While the providers have the potential to create an exceptional medical practice, there is a significant need for improvement and training within the front office. Most recently, I have been without my medication for over a week, and it has been extremely difficult to obtain a response from them regarding my pharmacy's refill request, which was submitted well in advance of my running out.

This place is the absolute worst! You go in, they prescribe you a medication and then don't bother to call it in to your pharmacy, so you call back the next day and tell them the medication hasn't been called in, they say they will...and they still don't. Then they play that game of blaming your pharmacy but how can it be the pharmacy's fault when they never called it in in the first place!! These people are beyond lazy, they let the phone ring constantly, let you go without medication because calling it in is too much like work and yet they won't write it out for you to take to the pharmacy yourself. If you can go somewhere else, go, because these people don't give a damn about people. They need to be shut down for their incompetence.

They appear to be very short staffed at the front desk or just unable to help for whatever reason. No one picks up the phone to process any requests (waiting on a referral from November 2024, 3 months out at this point). Very unfortunate since the physicians who work there are actually very personable and helpful but it’s impossible to get any answers or communication with the front desk staff.

My family and I have been going to Tri state for a while now and have been seeing Danelle Henchey. But I was told when I called to schedule our checks ups she is moving on and I wish her the best of luck. She was amazing. Now I am not sure if we will be staying at Tri State. She took the best care of me and my family.
