First, and foremost Dr. Rosa is so understanding, patient, and kind. She addressed every question I had, and did it with such professionalism. I have an avulsion fracture, and I was able to leave the office feeling relieved about what exactly is happening with my ankle now, and what will happen in the future. I did ask the technician about the cost of the boot since I have Tricare select from the military. She found the billing lady, and she was quite put off, and red faced upon telling me that Medicare doesn’t cover, I stated that I’m not Medicare, but said that Medicare was expensive enough to cover, and that’s enough. I thought this was an awful answer; there certainly was a better, more tactful way to tell me they don’t reimburse for boots. I told her I thought our veterans were worth finding out if they could. I do understand that billing any government entity can be a pain, but I didn’t deserve the disrespect. The receptionist at check out was very helpful with the situation, and made me copies of billing so that I could hopefully submit a claim to Tricare to reimburse the cost of the boot.

Just had a major ingrown toenail removed by Dr Rosa. Her and her assistant make you feel very comfortable and explain everything. The procedure was very easy and fast and I was worrying for nothing. Everyone at Tri-County Foot & Ankle are very nice and pleasant. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who may need any type of foot care.

Dr. Caitlin Dietrich made my visit very comfortable and quick. So far my appointments were made sooner than other doctor offices I've been to. It's nice to know If I come across a problem or something painful that I can be seen ASAP. The receptionists were also very kind and accommodating at this office.

Dr. Rosa was able to fit me in last minute before a trip I was taking. She was caring, understanding, and most of all helpful. This was a first rate experience from the initial call with Noel at the front desk, to Tiffany, to Dr. Rosa. I highly recommend Dr. Rosa and her team at Tri-County Foot and Ankle.
