However , Everyone at true smiles goes above and beyond to make process as comfortable as possible for me. They provide me with ear phones and music so I don’t hear the sounds and I can relax. The care the staff always provides is excellent. It’s important to find a dentist that you can completely trust. Hey, I moved to Auburndale from Tampa. I drive over an hour fighting heavy traffic to arrive to the Truesmiles location. Think about it, I drive that far to go to the dentist.

Everyone at True Smiles is amazing. Dr, Hensley, the front office, the hygienists, and the dental assistants are so kind! I had an accident where I broke my front teeth and was inconsolable and unsure what to do. This happened on a weekend and I sent them a message on Sunday. They called me at 7:40 Monday morning and got me in right away. Not only did they put me at ease in a time where I was a complete wreck, but I walked out of the office looking totally normal. Dr. Hensley is an artist! My injury required additional work from an endodontist and they totally handled this, sending the referral, all my insurance information, and making my appointment so I had nothing to worry about. Dr. Hensley walked me through all the possibilities and the resulting solutions and gave me confidence that no matter what happened, it could be fixed. The dental assistant, Michelle, put me at ease and made sure I was calm and comfortable. Karen make sure all was taken care of with my insurance so I didn’t have the additional worry of submitting reimbursement and Judi worked to make sure I was seen quickly. This entire office worked together to make sure that this incredibly stressful situation was as easy and painless to navigate as possible. There simply is no better place to go in the Tampa Bay Area. Even if I move far away, as long as I am in driving distance, I will not go anywhere else. I cannot recommend True Smiles enough!

Awesome staff and the dentist is the best ever! They’re all very friendly places extremely clean and the doctor does very good work and doesn’t try to do things that doesn’t need to be done.

It was amazing. Dr Hansley and the staff were very welcoming and kind. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, and very informative. I always come to the office nervous, but he talks to me throughout the procedures and explains to me what he is doing and that helps me to calm down. I was also very grateful when I received a follow up text directly from Dr. H. Go gators!
