Lame excuse for a judicial system. I'm guessing they hired the chief deputy clerk (Teresa Addie) from Walmart. Poor communication skills and they'll do nothing to work with you. I got a speeding ticket Thanksgiving weekend 2022. I told them I wanted to contest the charge and they informed me I'd get a court date in the mail. I finally did, 11 months later and I had 6 days to prepare to be in court. This isn't very easily done considering I live in another state. I paid $36 to send a letter priority mail, explaining I had no time to plan for travel or ways to make it to court with such a short notice. She did absolutely nothing for me and said I owe the full balance for the ticket. I don't know how this is legal and I'm definitely going to look into my options. I feel terrible for anyone that had to deal with these rejects.

Very unprofessional and unable to find the record of paid citation. Citation paid in 2020 and send letter that is unpaid I pulled record from bank and showed them. This is ridiculous in 2021 they don't have proper system they can pull to see i have to do their job in order to avoid issues.
