I give the office a 5 star rating. All staff are very professional and caring. The medical care by the doctors are outstanding. My doctors' are Dr. Kyle Morris and Dr. Kimberly Turner. Both know their craft and has master their field of expertise. I have been a patient for over 15 years and have yet to fine doctors outside of the network of Walton Family Medicine who are as effective and efficient in family medicine as the doctors, nurses and staff at Walton Family Medicine. In fact, the city of Monroe, Georgia should be proud of such outstanding dedication of the doctors, and staff at this facility.

Patient at Walton Family Medicine since 2003. Had pneumonia, did not like doctors that the hospital referred for follow-up and high blood pressure. Just quit going and quit taking BP med as well, since had to return there for prescription refills every 3 months. Months later went to WFM for breathing problem (not pneumonia, thank God). What a difference. Dr. Heisler gently persuaded me to resume treatment for high BP. Kind, helpful staff. Great doctors. Have changed primary care physician many times since (due to turnover) but I gladly see any available doctor. They are all good.

I don't usually write comments, but after I read the above comment, I had to. Some people don't understand that an appt made is time for a md, hairdresser, or dentist. If you make an appt and do not give notice that you are canceling until the last moment the md loses money, he could have put someone in the time you are suppose to come. It cost money to run an office like the Walton Medical Center. One thing I like is they don't over book so the wait is not very long.The nurses and mds are really helpful. I have been going to the center for 20 years and the people in the office have always been very kind to me even when I miss an appt or show up for one I didn't make. I can't imagine making an appt and canceling it the same day. Did you get better or just find a different md? If I am sick enough to make an appt for the same day, believe me I don't cancel it.
