Amazing staff and service. Had an infected tooth I had tried to save by just doing antibiotics…when the infection came back they got me right in for an extraction. Called in antibiotics till I could get in which was only a couple days. Perfect procedure and a delightful follow up call checking on me the next day. Can’t stress enough the personal touches by this whole practice. I’ll be back for all my dentistry needs.

My wisdom tooth had been bothering me and I called the office on a Friday morning and was able to be seen that afternoon! The Xray confirmed that it needed to be extracted. I started on antibiotics over the weekend which really helped to " calm" the tooth down some. On the following Tuesday, the wisdom tooth was extracted and I feel great! Dr. Smith and her staff were great to work with and made the visit very comfortable. I had no discomfort during the extraction procedure. I'll be back for my next cleaning.

They are an absolutely wonderful dental office, and they are definitely my favorite that I’ve been to in my 27 years. Holly was so sweet, very gentle on the toofies, and made me feel very at home. Great music choice as well! Lisa in the office was very sweet, and Dr. Smith is always so informative and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!! Thank y’all 😎

My favorite dentist ever! No joke.
Dr Smith is incredible, I have never hugged a doctor before, but she fixed my smile.
I used to be so embarrassed, and my teeth did not look right. I ignored it for so long because of some old doctor related fears (which Dr Jessana Smith single-handedly made disappear into thin air.)
I love her, she is a beautiful person, and an incredibly skilled dentist.
Knowing now how quickly and easily she could fix my problems I feel silly to ever have waited so long.
Regardless, I am ecstatic to have found her and her practice, she is beyond amazing at what she does, and lovely as a person on top of it.

The entire staff was so warm and welcoming (even on the eve of a holiday) and it really felt like a wonderful environment. All employees are smiling and talkative. There is a beautiful porch view of Tybee marsh that totally beats the standard doctor environment. Dr. Smith was honest and understanding of the situation regarding a tooth that needed to be extracted. I am normally extremely uneasy with dentists and have yet to find one that made me feel "taken care of" and not just another $ in their chair. Her staff handled the referral to see oral surgeon Dr. Morgan (who was also amazing, thanks!) and within two days the tooth was out & I was pain free. I can't say enough good things! I am thrilled to have found a personable dentist in the Savannah area. I will definitely be back! 🙂

My wife and I moved to Tybee Island 6 years ago. Dr. Jessanna Smith has been our dentist ever since. Tybee Teeth is the kindest, friendliest, and most caring dental practice we have ever experienced. We highly recommend Dr. Smith and her staff.
