2nd appointment I've made with them, the first one was on me, work called me in. I made this one several weeks ago, only to walk in and not be scheduled. Apparently they are not even seeing patients today. "July 9th at 9:30am," that's the agreed upon slot. They also said if I wanted to be seen earlier, they would call me and let me know of anyone missed an appointment. I received 0 calls. I have horrible anxiety/pannic attacks, (to the point I have to call out of work). Since June 21st I've had to call out twice, thinking that I would be getting my prescription filled today. I'm sure Dr lambert is awesome, my parents go here and love him. Highly disappointed in his staff though.

I understand the 2.5 Stars. My family and I were patients of Tyrone Family Medicine since 2018, especially since it is very close to our home. We have decided to move on due to a strong sense of "lack of patient care." There is a need with the providers to get up to date with what's new in medicine, how to navigate, and service their patients. I stayed for a while, even after the provider responded with, "What is bio-identical" when I mentioned I was previously on bio-identical hormone therapy. There was one visit I went in for a new medicine check up and the whole visit, the provider spoke about politics, instead of focusing on me, the patient. There is more I can say regarding the reason my family and I are exiting this practice, but for the sake of not leaving a too lengthy review I will end with this. I requested to pick up mine and my hubby's medical records, to have for myself and to provide to our new provider; I was informed the cost is $140.00. I understand paying for medical records at a reasonable cost. When I stated "Have consideration for your patients" I was told "We must consider our cost here in the office." I mean for what....PAPER! This last act of "lack of patient care" is a confirmation it was time to leave. I am sure the doctor and his wife (the office manager) will have a nice dinner with my $140.00. Tammy (the front desk rep) thank you for always being professional and kind. I would suggest to consumers/patients, take the reviews to heart, don't waste your time, money, and health.

I’ve always had a great experience with the office staff here and have to say that the cash prices are incredibly fair. Amy Watkiss, NP is especially wonderful when it comes to women’s health because she truly takes the time to truly sit and listen to you. I have sent several other friends to see her, and all the reported the same great attention and care.

They have me fill out an application and all the paperwork to become a patient. told me that I could have been in a couple weeks. They got my hopes up and promised me an appointment, it's just a money game. They try to say that they got too many people in my insurance there. Because some doctors are just in it for the money. They didn't join the profession to help people. So thank you for wasting my time Tyrone family medicine.

The treatment and timeliness were good. I went here years ago specifically because I had Kaiser Permanente: They accepted that insurer, and it was closer that other providers. When I asked what the copay was the secretary didn't know, so it was 'probably' $100. I paid it up front thinking that it was a little steep. And then I got a bill for an additional $69. I was surprised, I just would have liked to know the prices more precisely.
